Easy to check in and friendly staff, had no major issues besides the bathroom roof started leaking. I would stay here again, convenient location for us.

The hotel is not in downtown Pittsburgh but good for my purpose. There is only one restaurant nearby. The hotel is getting a bit old. The room is good. The kitchen is equipped. Breakfast is typical.

Clean and quiet, except the refrigerator which was noisy. Comfortable beds. The shower water pressure was too low. The breakfast was the same every day that we checked it out during our week stay, but there's a good restaurant almost next door that has a good breakfast menu

We called ahead to make them aware that we would be arriving late. When we got there around 1045pm, we were checked in promptly. The lobby had a smell. We selected a room with a fold out sofa for our kids. During check in, they gave us blood stained sheets. Our room was very dirty. The carpet have MANY huge dark stains. The shower was dirty and had hair in it. It was very outdated. Trash under mattress and on the floor. We called hotels.com and was told to try to resolve directly with the hotel staff. They had nothing to offer and would not refund us our money. We were literally there for minutes!

There is a bad smell when you enter the lobby. This may be coming from the pool??? The front desk staff are not welcoming and seem somewhat indifferent. The pillows on the beds are very small and lumpy. About half as wide as a normal pillow. They gave me a headache. It felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The breakfast is underwhelming at best. Not much to choose from and the coffee is poor. The best part about this hotel is having two queen beds and a sofa bed in the same room.

The hotel was nice and clean with lots of amenities, including complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but for the location. Decent part of town but somewhat difficult to get to and from when traveling downtown. Roads were confusing. Can only make a right turn out of parking lot and go south. For the same reason you can only arrive from coming north.

Good commuters stay with large room, clean with lots of linens, microwave and fridge. Very little commercial businesses around the hotel so best to take supplies or a bag meal in. Good breakfast buffet too.

After our first night we asked for a different room due to the bed smelling awful. The manager was helpful and our second night was much better. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was weak.

Overall a convenient and nice place to stay. The cleaning and property staff were excellent as were some of the front desk staff. One front desk staff member was unprofessional, and unfriendly.

Gym cardio elliptical and bike the programming does not work so pretty useless. Tv had some weird things going on as well.

Made a request to front desk to send someone to check the water stains on ceiling, fix the "hook" on back of bathroom door, and fix the loose electric plug outlet near the far right corner on Friday afternoon.
But nothing was done as we checked out on Sunday morning. :(

We stayed at the Comfort Inn to attend a concert at PNC park. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they allow a ride share company to offer rides to and from certain events. We felt safe and didn’t have to worry about driving or trying to find parking for event. We will be back!

We chose this hotel based on the reviews in Hotel.com, but the reviews were wrong. My son ended up getting bit by what I would assume were bed bugs. The breakfast was awful, and it's not difficult to get a continental breakfast right. Everything looked old and worn out, so the fact that the room had bed bugs and the bed was not comfortable was not comforting at all.
