Service was . Hotel let us check in early since we had to l ave our apt due to power outage. Room was decent. Only issue was the shower tub in 449 - it didn't drain probperly and created quite the mess while showering

Its a fine place to stay but stay at the hotel and dont walk nearby. I walked to Mcdonalds 3 min away and there were teenagers punching the walls and yelling at the staff.
Not Hotels fault but the area is sketchy.

Are flights got canceled due to hurricane in FL, we just got off the cruise ship and had no where to go, They allowed us to check in early as our room was ready and made sure we had what we needed. Eric at the front desk helped in anyway he could to make us less stressed about our situation as our house is in FL. I would recommend this hotel they went above and beyond.

Great overnight stay, helpful being across the road from escape Campervans. Good room, big and clean, would thoroughly recommend if staying near Sea-Tac

Nice hotel a little far from airport. Rooms comfortable and clean.Front desk staff not very attentive. Restaurant menu/ many items were out. Server was friendly. Good over salty

Property was nice. My Expedia receipt said breakfast included which they honored but almost charged me if I hadn’t pointed that out. Parking is $17. But room nice and quiet. Bed comfortable.

Shuttle from airport was very fast and convenient. Check in was fast and easy. Lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Room was somewhat hard to find since the room numbers are not in numerical order. Not sure if this is normal or it was us. Room was spacious and clean. We stayed a night and we enjoyed our short stay.

We were originally placed in a room facing the garbage dumpster. When we asked to move we’re given a hard time. Our comforters appeared to have mold on them. When we brought this to housekeeping’s attention, we were told the comforters were burnt. Olympus grill was disgusting and overly priced.

Very clean and beautiful. Although the parking lots were literally empty, we still had to pay $17 a night for our car parked there.

The pillows were terrible. They seemed useless, flat and no way to effectively get support for a side sleeper.

It was a one night stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well decorated.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. Checking in wasn't great. We arrived a few hours before normal check-in due to our cruise ship docking early in the morning. We were told we had to wait till a room was available. We went out to eat lunch after already having waited nearly 3 hours in the lobby going for a room. We came back to find that people who arrived after us received a room. The staff didn't seem to remember us and I had to go up and ask the staff (there were only 2 of them working) if there were any rooms available again.

The front desk allowed music to be played in on of the rooms until 11 pm at a very high volume keeping everyone awake. They said they signed a contract to allow this horrible decision.

Front staff was friendly as well as the restaurant server in the morning. I would stay here if you need a place which is close to the airport. They also have a couple of car chargers and a Indian restaurant next door which has amazing food at reasonable Seattle prices.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. There’s an Asian grocery store down the street that we went to frequently. The area felt safe to walk around.

The hotel was very neat , with very friendly staff . Checking in was seamless. the room was spacious and very clean . The food at Kanishka East Indian restaurant was very delicious and awesome. . The pick up and drop off from airport service was very quick and professional !

Air vent made terrible noises throughout the night. Bed was very hard and pillows flat. Was supposed to get 2 queen beds and walk in shower for our handicap father in-law. Got a king bed and no walk in shower.
