Wonderful Place to stay; close to the ferry docks to/from Morocco along with the bus and Train Stations to get further into Spain.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable and rooms are spacious. Was a bit hard to locate - look for glass door with the number 46 written above it.

Jose was great and helped locate the parking at late night. Also offered complimentary upgrade.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. My "do not disturb" sign kept slipping off of the door handle since the outside handle was broken, so I was woken up a couple of times by the cleaners.

Great place to stay. Needed A/C and a bed for an early morning bus trip.

This studio was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful. It was my second stay. No complaints. Great location too

The hotel was very nice, on a quiet street with the town centre nearby. I stayed in one of the studio apartments. The woman at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with finding buses to Tarifa as well as pointing me towards local sights. My only complaint with the hotel was that the WiFi was quite spotty at times, and the signal couldn't reach the entire apartment. Other than that I was highly satisfied with the property.

Excellent location right in the center, nice and spacious rooms, amazing and very friendly staff and there is even a kitchen and a terrace on top of the house. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Lovely place.

First off, let's be fair and rate the property for what it is. To compare it with a 5-star hotel would be unfair, because they're not trying to be a 5-star. They're just trying to be a clean budget friendly place to hang your hat for a day or two, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard. Admittedly, the hotel and the neighborhood looked a little scary at first, but our worries were unfounded. While neither of the hosts were fluent in English (hey, this is Spain, English is not widely spoken here), they spoke well enough for us to communicate with them just fine. They really tried their best to accommodate to our needs and wishes. The suggestion for breakfast in the morning was perfect for what we needed. A typical Spanish type breakfast, which was fine for us for that day. They have an affiliation with a restaurant next door which is open in the evenings. It doesn't look like much, but the food was excellent. The only improvement I can think of is the emails that were sent to us prior to our arrival. Most were in Spanish, so we had to resort to Google Translate since we don't speak Spanish (but we do plan to learn). Perhaps a translation software could be added to those emails to recipients that don't speak Spanish.

Friendly staff will give you many tips about the city. The place is pretty safe a within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. On street parking is available and safe but need to move your vehicle before 8am otherwise a high fine will be waiting for you.

I booked a room with a kitchenette which I needed for the fridge rather than for cooking. It was like a small bedsit and absolutely ideal for me. Everything functioned properly including WiFi and air-conditioning. The staff I met were all as helpful as could be. I will certainly book here for my next trip to Algeciras.

A great family owned place to stay, they are the most service oriented you will find. They can help with ferry info, bus info, really anything you might need help with. They have brand new air conditioning, and have installed solar panels on the roof. You can tell they love their visitors and their business. We booked a 3 person room but because we were only 2 people they charged us the 2 person rate.

The staff was really kind. He guided me to get on the Ferry in detail for 30 minutes. Another staff helped me bring my suitcase. Both price and location are also wonderful.

The Lisboa is a friendly place to stay, particularly if you're travelling on your own. The communal kitchen and rooftop area to sit and eat was very welcome. The hostal is central and very convenient. The centre is a few minutes up the road and the bus and train stations are a 5 minute walk. There is a cafe next door that does nice food. I'll be going back.

Very convenient and walkable area with a quiet, clean and comfortable room. The host, Rosa, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as knowledgable about the city and beyond. This is a very good place to stay for a few days on your way to Morocco.

The hotel was conveniently located to bus/train stations, other attractions and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

I loved the family that owns and operates this hotel. We were met outside and then helped with getting the car parked as there is no on site parking. The rooms are nothing special but are also priced accordingly. The location was good for walking.
