Big disapointment. Bad value for money. Small and uncomfortable bed. We got 3 (very thin) towels for 4 days . (We got 3 more after our request. The room was not clean. Sticky handle for main door, windows, under the bed. Very bad smell in corridors. Very bad 4 days.

Lovely large light room matching the pictures. large windows on 1st floor looking out on to trees. Contained clean kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and kettle. Nice ensuite toilet and shower, The stairs and corridor to the property is more like to flats than a hotel. The property has a check in desk and secure luggage storage, but check in and check out was handled remotely via phone, which is very good in these Corona times. Quick replies to any message. Very accommodating in booking last minute room late at night and extending stay in same room. Very central happening location.

Would not recommend for those that are driving and require convenient parking. No lift or elevator is available. We parked a block or so away and only brought the necessities for our short overnight stay to catch our flight out the next morning. The temperature control in the shower is very hard to accomplish and dangerously hot at times.

Great place in the center of the city, very clean and very friendly host man

The rooms were exactly as advertised; very clean, easy to get to, in an excellent location, and perfect for 1-2 people. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and always available to help or answer questions. The amenities included everything you could need (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc.), and the bathrooms were pristine. Some reviews mentioned noise from the street, but I never experienced a problem with that. Overall, staying here was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it for short trips or solo travelers/couples.

Close to restaurants and the beach. The place is in a busy street, so there is noise all day. At night, a bar down the first floor is open until 1 a.m. and you cannot sleep because of the drunk people talking and laughing very loud. The only good sleeping hours are from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Zeev was great, gave us loads of help and advise regarding our trips and parking in the city, let us keep our bags on the day we left for a few hours after our check out etc. Great location on dizengoff st, perfect if you are partying, checking out the city and visiting Gordon beach. It is quite noisy at night, bars below the apartments play music literally until like 5am and you can hear people on their nights out. Nothing that cant be expected from such a central location!

Very nice apartment. The owner is very welcoming and provide us kind services as letting us the luggage in the building. Always available to help. The situation is perfect as close to the beach and many buses to go everywhere. I recommend 100%

Perfect location , more than totally clean, doubleglazed so quiet even though in the center of everything, Host pleasant and helpful. When I go to TLV again that will be my place iof choice in the city.

We had a great stay at dizengoff Inn. Daniel the owner is easy to talk to and answered all my question before arriving in tel aviv. When we arrive in the apartment the lady welcomed us and help us in everything.they are very nice. Although something is wrong in the other room so they have to come inside our apartment to do the plumbing and they said they will come back in the morning but since we have an early tour so we don't know if they come to our apartment. We stayed in room 9 near the street. We had an apartment style room so we have full bed and outside a sofa that converted to a bed, but my husband said the sofa bed is not comfortable. We have a kitchen and anything u need like a small fridge, small stove, microwave. The apartment is perfect for us and very convenient to walk everwhere bec lots of shops bars 24 hours grocery stores, pizza hut is in the corner. Down the hotel is a good restaurant in the corner we always go there because they have happy hour 1+1 beer and 30% off on food at 6-8:30pm and the food is delicious! Israel is expensive so be ready for that. the only problem in our stay is that its too noisy at night. You can hear the music from the bar downstairs and people talking non stop until 5am.at first i cannot sleep even my daughter but since we are tired we manage to sleep. But then at 3am we wokeup because you can hear downstairs fixing the chairs and tables. we will defenitely stay here again next time we visit tel aviv.

The accommodation is a good value for the money,located on a main and lively street which makes it a good base. The owner is really helpful and assist with help if needed.

Nice apartment in a good area of Tel Aviv with plenty of restaurants and only a short walk from the beach. Very clean with modern fittings. Flexible check in with good communication beforehand. Only slight downside is some noise from the late bars immediately below.

Dizengoff inn is perfectly situated close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. There is no reception area but the owner does a great job in informing you how to access the room, which was a huge benefit to me as I arrived in Tel Aviv quite late, which allowed me the flexibility of checking in with ease.Excellent WiFi! There is also a kitchenette (Microwave, fridge etc) which is handy if making your own meals.

The good things:- The host welcoming us was warm, very helpful and generally a very nice person- The location is superb within Tel-Aviv. I have stayed in many places all over the city, but this one is a sweet-spot where nothing is too far- The room has all the amenities you needThe bad things:- If I compared this room with other hotel rooms in the city it would get a high rating. However I believe that all hotel rooms in the city should be down-rated, because if I compare the quality you get in other similarly expensive cities like Singapore or NY, you get much higher quality for the price- All night long (and morning) loud noise from the club in the building. Yes, the club has soundproofing indeed, but the rooms have ZERO. This is completely unacceptable. You can hear the noise even if you have earplugs on like I had. How badly is it built? Well, there is one cm gap on the door. The windows are the usual aluminium frame with a single layer glass, and in the bathroom its just glass blinds open. In a place like this there should be ventilation system and normal soundproofed windows. - The shower is leaking, which wouldnt be a problem if the design and construction would have been up-to-standards, but its not. I manage apartments and if I saw this in one of my places I would fire the team who made this. The bathroom floor is bending towards the toilet where there is NO drain. How, and why? All that water stays there unless you manually try to take it out.
