Excellent hotel, excellent reception stuff , breakfast buffet was very good with a lots of choices of hot dishes , salads, , fruits , etc. It was very convenient that we were able to exchange our money straightaway at reception desk.
And other thing we liked very much that underground access to the beach, that there is no need to cross a road
We love to come back again

Buffet breakfast was average. Minimal changes from each day. The orange juice was not even made from real oranges. The property is very noisy at night time from the night clubs located opposite the hotel. I couldn't believe that there was no bars in the hotel , only club on the roof top which you had to pay to go there.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Premier Havana Hotel. My last stay was back in 2019.
I think this hotel may have changed ownership - or - is no longer part of the Best Western management.
Overall, my stay was excellent. They did place me in a nice room with a separate bedroom (something I really like) on a high-level floor.
Unfortunately however, the hotel was packed and my immediate neighbor's were making excessive noise.
Mt Cao offered to relocate me, but I was to settled in, and did not want to move.
My bed frame squeaked excessively when I moved around. It probably needs to be replaced.
On my previous 2 visits, I was provided access to the VIP breakfast area - now - it's simply gone - no reason given.
I had the traditionally buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor. I feel like the quality of the food was not as good as my 2019 visit. All the eggs are precooked and they're overcooked. No ability to order custom eggs.....
I do enjoy the property and it's location to the beach. I will consider staying here again in 2025.

The hotel is located right on the beach at a convenient location. We were given a two twin room by mistake and they corrected it right away. One suggestion would be to have a better quality breakfast buffet. There was plenty of food and the staff bent over backwards to make everyone feel at home but the quality of food needs improvement.

We loved staying at Havana. From the moment you are greeted they ensure that you are well looked after. They do lots of little things that make a good price hotel feel like a luxury hotel. We would stay again

The worst experience for check-in. Took 30 minutes for check-in. Other services were okay. Many groups check-in and staying, so quite noisy in everyhwere.

We did check in around 12:30- that good point! Just drop our bags and left our room till evening....and later discovered Air condition Doesn’t work!!!! Outside was 28C! We made complain on a front desk and asked to move to another room, but they said Air condition doesn’t work anywhere and provide for us big fan.toilet room floor very smelly.. breakfast ok, never got coffee, good location but it doesn’t help if in your room plus 30C

Good location. Lobby very crowed and lots of guests. Lifts are very slow and stopped every single floor even it was full, we had to wait 10-15 mins down or up for breakfast.
