My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Courtyard. The staff was friendly and courteous and the room and amenities were lovely. We will be back when in the area. Thank You!

The hotel put me and my son in a room that had flooding and water was coming up under the floor in Room 119. My son was sneezing all night and was not able to sleep. I believe the water under the flood had created a mold issue and there was NO reason for them to have us in that room, as it should have been CLOSED to the public.

Location

Free parking pool is nice. Jacuzzi was nice. The food in the morning was delicious. Shout out to the ladies working at the register at the Bristow. Shout out to The security guard working at night.

Nice new clean property

I loved this hotel. It was conveniently located to visit our family. I did think they offered a continental breakfast but no. However you could purchase coffee and breakfast at a Starbucks bistro. The pool was lovely. The staff was phenomenal! The first night I was next to a stairwell where a bunch of kids were running up and down so very noisy. When I spoke with the front staff, the quickly moved me to a very quiet upstairs room with a pool view! Amazing for our 6 night stay.

Only thing we had an issue with was the pull out sofa bed was a twin size. Luckily we had an air mattress we used instead.

Toilet was not clean upon arrival and front desk didn’t answer phone when attempting to ask for assistance.

We visit often to see granddaughters and have stayed at other properties. We will continue to stay here, comfortable beds, clean and excellent customer service.

Freeway close. Huge parking lot. Close to stores. Lobby and cafe very nice. Well furnished. Room very nice but a microwave would've been good. Front check in staff need more training on meeting customers needs and the idea if its not where it shoukd beI will get it for you presently. Meeting guests needs leave them delighted. Thats the goal in hospitality. Six persons standing behind counter one other customer and seemed put off bothered we needed a bell cart. There were none. The staff just pointed no eye contact no over and above. The message received was Im bothered hurry and go look. Otherwise all was very good.

The location was great and close to nearby stores and restaurants. It was maybe 9 minutes from Old Town Temecula and 15-20 minutes to wine country proper. Overall, we had a good stay, the pool area was nice, the bistro was convenient and decent, and everything was pretty clean. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.

Was greeted when we first walked in. Staff was friendly Lobby was clean. I wish Starbucks was opened during the afternoon.

I thought my room (non-suite) GREAT.

The staff I encountered were pleasant. The location of the Marriott was convenient and parking was easily accessed. My dislikes involved the condition of the suite I had. It was not very clean, there were knobs missing from the drawer, screws missing from the toilet paper holders that they were loosely hanging, the microwave was stained, and it needed a furniture upgrade. The bed was comfy. Overall, I was not pleased with the condition of the suite they placed me in.

Had a great view from the courtyard/pool area Everything was clan and modern Very nice. Excellent shower!!! enjoyed our stay.

I would like to say it was a great place to stay. I will stay again clean great service close to everything. We just loved it.

very disappointed...I have stayed at this property several times in the past and each time it's appeal has declined. Went to check in after 3:00 pm and had to wait another 30 minutes for our room. There was 3 of us, we got one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel...had to find the maid to get more towels, bedding, pillows and blanket for the sleeper. the shower soap was empty...Coffee wasn't replenished...requested coffee...brought coffee but no cups. the hallways need shampooing, the furniture in the room was stained and worn, needs replacing, the screen on one window missing the other was torn and tattered. Clearly, this is a popular place, to accommodate the guests they should consider a deep cleaning, checking each room for repairs needed and replace furniture that is stained worn, and tattered.

Absolutely clean and cozy hotel, conveniently located in Murrieta. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For sure will be back again
