I recently stayed at the Hampton inn by Hilton and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend the Hampton inn by Hilton and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay and excellent customer service. Had to change rooms and it wasn't a problem. Appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly and had coffee at 5 am. Would definitely stay here again!

Well the bathroom is newly done but the door doesn’t close fully. Who ever did the remodeling didn’t do a correct job. The bathroom door water is leaking and the sink room door doesn’t shut. I was in an executive room and still I feel it’s not comfortable. And the sofa bed blankets r not even washed.

The room above us was making noise all night. It sounded like elephants stomping.
I made many calls to the front desk without any of them being answered.
I even went to the front desk and there was nobody to be found.
We thought it would be a good, local place to stay, but we won’t be going back.

It was good for the location. I would recommend that sound proofing for outside noise be considered. Was a lot of traffic from hwy noise. Made it tough to sleep.

I am a repeat customer but this visit wasn’t great. They didn’t clean my room (although the cart was parked outside my room all morning), the soap dispenser was torn off the shower wall, the dining area at breakfast wasn’t clean. Appears they are short staffed. I love the location, the parking, fruit and water in the lobby and size/space of the rooms but this stay wasn’t as good as prior visits.

The Hampton Inn was a convenient overnight stopping point location for us. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The check-in staff did not guide us to the elevator, our room #, whether and where breakfast was offered, etc. which seemed a bit unusual and why I rated this location a 4*.

No one came to our room to bring us fresh towels or to clean up the room. We learned that it has to be requested. There were some noise on Saturday night, but I did contact the desk and they sent somebody up to quiet down the kids. I appreciate the prompt response. Breakfast was superb

Very nice rooms, clean, large. Huge bathroom. It's located between 2 highways so I asked for the quieter side and lady at front was very nice to adjust change the room. Very much appreciated. Nice king bed, Very good breakfast,

Better than any 4 star hotel, Hilton and Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at in New Jersey and New York. Hands down the best. Will recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.
