Amazing place and views from the room. Very clean and great for families. Would definitely recommend this place!

I usually don’t leave review but this place is exceptional! The people here are so friendly and welcoming. They are well prepared for everything we needed and helped us when our taxi didn’t show up on time.

This property is at a prime location with great views to the caldera and in the central of Fira. The property is very nice, clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants from a quick bite to a elegant.

This may be the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. The service was comparable to a 5 star hotel in the US. The room was amazing, amenities wonderful, the views spectacular and right in the center of Fira. Did I mention the service? 10 out of 10!

Amazing location, everything was walkable and communication was great. View from the room was beautiful, and the cave room itself was a great experience. Loved the welcome bottle of wine, the staff was so nice.

The suite was amazing with the best views of the caldera. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The suite was very clean and the beds super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay there, shame it was only one night. We had a premier suite with tub and it felt quite private. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There was one bed downstairs and another one upstairs. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and served on the balcony. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous. We are now staying for 2 nights at Homeric Poems and despite being more expensive is nowhere as good as Enigma. I would love to book there again as it’s just perfect!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the moment we walked into the door until time to depart everything was excellent. It is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. The delicious breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning. Welcome and goodbye drinks were yummy. I couldn’t think of anything more we could want. Can’t wait to go back.

The location of the property offers wonderful view of the caldera and the sunset. The property is recently renovated. It’s cosy and well maintained. The only let down is the service. We were disappointed with the service levels given the price charged for per night stay. They don’t respond to your requests immediately, you have to follow up, even to get replacement towels, breakfast, etc.

The drinks are excellent well priced and enjoyed best while soaking in the hot tub at sunset. We had high expectations based on the reviews we saw beforehand but they absolutely shattered them. For example, we were leaving for an early morning flight and would be missing breakfast but they were sure to provide us with food the night before! The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with designer toiletries from Molton Brown. Bottled water and nespresso is complimentary. The room design and comfort is excellent (well suited for the gram!) Choose Enigma Suites for your stay and you will not be disappointed!
