Hotel is pretty basic. Looks more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Shower was horrible, it was either ice cold or boiling hot. We ended up switching to another hotel.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Also there was a musky smell in the room . Also all the used towels in the cart was piled up outside my room… not the cleanest place. If you value cleanliness look elsewhere. Probably wouldn’t be a return customer. Staff was friendly though

Overall was good. Just the room a bit small. Next trip will be get bigger room.

Everything was excellent. The only things is first floor room don’t have lift access.

The room was good but the internet connection was really bad.

Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. A 7-11 just around the corner. Perfect for my needs. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this is not it. If you want a great room, air conditioned, with a fridge - with lots of shopping in the vicinity, then this is for you. My second week (of 2) was spent mostly in the hotel room due to Covid-19 lockdown. Using the Grab app, I was able to order all my food.

Water heater

Great location. It’s a new hotel with old maintenance. The water heater was very hot and cold when we shower.

The location is convenient, although the access is through a small road with a lot of food stalls. The massage centre next to the hotel is god sent!

Is a relatively new hotel located conveniently within minutes to the wholesale shopping malls and food.. We have opted for a balcony room and was assigned a 5th flr corner which was hot. Guess the hotel is aware of the condition, hence issue a room key to be inserted to keep the aircon running throughout. There's always a small pool of water to pass by before the entrance to the hotel. Also lacking of hooks in toilet to hang up clothes.

I like the location of the hotel as it is right beside Platinum Mall (just 2 lanes away). The service personnel are very approachable. The housekeepers are always friendly. The 'bellboy' is always prompt and helpful. What I do not like is uncontrollable water temperature during shower. It's either too hot of too cold, and is not able to keep a consistent temperature. The drainage in the shower room seems to be clogged up. The water is draining so slowly that it floods a little during shower. I also think the size of the room is a lot smaller than shown in the photos. Overall, the price is affordable. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the issues stated.

I choose this hotel because of it's location, it is center of everywhere that I need to go @ Pratunam,valued for money and if you asked me, a Singapore managed hotel / company would not goes wrong as they are well-known for their management method ... lolz

Very convenient mintues to shopping mall and eating places

We have book 2 rooms from 4th Jan to 8th Jan. One of the room AC was not functioning well (not cold for our comfort). After reporting the issue, the staff (reception) suggest to monitor further on its condition while we proceed with our sight tour and dinner. We return almost midnight and very glad that they have reserved for us another upgraded New room despite of our several joint check on the existing room - to verify the setting of the AC temperature. Their positive attitude and customer service is greatly commendable and appreciated. Our 2 rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. They are very polite and good customer orientated.

Its ok. I expect it provide disposable flippers. Have to walk stairs to the 6th floor.

Convenient location, and most major shopping areas at Pratunam are within walking distance. Love the massage shop next to the hotel.Wall between rooms and the room’s door are too thin. You can hear noises of other guest room close their door, walking pass by the room, etc.

Hotel is clean but the bed is not comfortable

Very close and accessible to Platinum Mall! Cabs can drive in to pick/drop you, which is a plus!Butler was very friendly and helpful, helping to unload/load your luggages without being asked to.Room was smaller than pictured, but still very spacious. Downside would be that the mattress was hard whereas the pillow was too soft.. an odd combination. Sound proofing is also not there as you can hear your neighbors strolling down the common way and opening/closing their doors. If your neighbors are considerate, there won’t be much of a problem. We got really inconsiderate neighbors talking and laughing loudly through the night...

We chose Balcony King and was given a corner room. The balcony was merely an empty space for an aircon compressor. The room was hotter than a sauna and had both morning sun and afternoom sun. The aircon air was warm and couldn't cool the room at all, I had to open the balcony door for cooler air from outside! the walls and doors were super thin, I could even hear footsteps and talking from the corridor. Only redemption was a clean room. Overall very bad experience. I will not stay here again.

Good location

Overall room is spacious, clean and pleasant. Daily cleaning was perfectly done. Though bed might be slightly on the harder side. It was rather noisy during midnight as there is people working outside sorting out metal stuff. Also, the sound of footsteps from upstairs also can be heard. Improvement on sound proofing the room is much needed. Staff is helpful, friendly and speaks good English.

Room is quiet but location is not so convenient ...

Good location. Simple hotel with wonderful staffs espcially front desk staffs.. only thing is thin wall and can hear corridor and even next room talking

perfect place for vacation!

The bed was pretty pretty hard, the pillow also not good, but the hotel is really new, people working there are very nice. The toilet have problem always make the noise so I sleep quite bad😴
