Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. The neighboring club is really annoying though.

Stayed in an Ocean-view triple room. The room was relatively clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable too. Staffs - Mai and Dang - were helpful, patient and friendly. The overall experience of the stay would have been good if not for the non-existent wifi and faulty water supply. During my three nights of stay there, there was no usable wifi signal available and the persistent problem with the cold water supply in the toilet made washing and showering impossible (water was steaming hot in the absence of cold water mixing). This caused great inconvenience and frustration to me as a guest as I had to constantly call on the hotel staff (in the midst of showering at times) to fix the persistent water supply problem. Wifi issue remained unfixed on the day of my check-out. I have to give credit to the staffs though for trying hard to solve the problem as best as they can and I believe they were frustrated with those problems themselves as well which they had little control over with. I hope that the hotel management could resolve those mentioned issues in a sustainable manner (upgrade and fix the wireless network and water supply infrastructure).

Location was convenient and close to restaurants and the main street. The quality of the room was about what you would expect in that price range, including shower without defined space separate from sink and toilet., but the bracket that is supposed to hold the only shower head coil was broken off necessitating us having to hold it to wash which iwas inconvenient and could have been resolved iwith an inexpensive replacement piece. Hotel staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to Hanoi. Vietnamese soup was provided for breakfast by woman from nearby restaurant. No other choices were offered. Soup was good.

Great service and good breakfast!

Receptionist speaks English very well and was extremely responsive. Since we didnt have a Vietnamese phone to contact her after her shift ended, she offered to be available on Facebook messenger - always responded to our questions within seconds (I was so impressed) and when we had an issue with our room she dealt with it immediately, even returned to the hotel within minutes to sort it out. Clean room, hot water, good breakfast, perfect location - cant ask for anything more.
