Poor quality hotel for the price. For those familiar with UK chains, this is one below a Premier Inn. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly and had hair on the walls. Room was very small (to be expected in Tokyo but seemed smaller when compared with other hotels of similar price). Breakfast options were limited with small selection of food.

Hotel was great, staff excellent. Great location. But bed was terrible and bathroom lighting way too dark.

Excellent location just 200mtrs to Otemachi station which is connecting 5 lines. Great service, very helpful staff.Room size was fine considering Tokyo standards.
Break fast was sad though.
Will stay again.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was the most helpful, they went out of their way to help us and answer our questions. Hotel was within walking distance of Tokyo Station, not many restaurants. And it would have been lovely if there was an English speaking channel on tv

Everything good except the front desk staff asked for my passport over and over. Seemed like there was no internal communication as to what has already been taken care of or not.

Approx 10 to 15 minute walk to tokyo station. The hotel is updated and clean with a coin laundry which i love. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit small but that is the standard for the area. I would definitely stay here again

The staff is excellent! There was a very nice lady who made sure we borrowed the umbrella when it was pouring outside.
The hotel is very close to the metro line subway. If we would have known, then we didn't need to walk from Tokyo Station.

Amazing service and amenities! The staff is beyond helpful and provides everything you can think of. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Tokyo. The hotel is also well situated being close to a metro station while being in a quiet neighbourhood. A 7/11 is also just around the corner

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and our room was fantastic! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from Tokyo station and the Imperial Palace and gardens. The metro is just steps away. The room itself was average but had everything a guest might need. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was terrible. In all my years of traveling and staying in various category hotels, I have never experienced such a bad breakfast.

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, a little small with 4 suitcases but we made it work just fine. Overall a really good stay and would recommend.

The hotel vibe is very nice and the aroma of the hotel is welcoming . We love staying here for a few days , room is so comfortable , it even has a mini sofa. It’s close to Tokyo station and if you cross the street , and go to the financial building downstairs , there are lots of restaurants and food options , even Lawson is there . Love to go back here

The room was excellent, with a lot of space and comfortable beds. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were all helpful. I was most impressed with the smooth check, definitely an excellent experience and somewhere I would stay again

The room was good but I don’t like the set up of the bathroom, it is tiny bathroom and there is a curtain for the shower and the bathtub is really high to get into to get into the shower. Only reason it gets a 4 star rather than 5.

Great quality hotel in the heart of the business district around the Tokyo Station area. My wife and I based ourselves here for 13 nights around the Tokyo Marathon which finishes nearby that I was competing in. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are well appointed, modern and in good condition. There are a lot of dining options nearby and the inhouse coin operated washing machines were very helpful. Well done to all at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi Tokyo!
