Amazing property, with very friendly staff. Very recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights on a busy business schedule. Service was what i expected from the Four Seasons (excellent) especially from the Front Desk who arranged (quickly) for sandwiches to be prepared upon my arrival for the drive to my first meeting. I usually use the gym on all business travel but didn't have time on this trip due to schedule - however, i did go to check out the gym and it is excellent (lots of free weights, machines and yoga room/space) - next time i hope to use the facilities!

The staff at the Four Seasons Sao Paulo was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and always courteous. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, great management and staff, great food. Staff was extremely attentive with personalized service and very helpful with all requests, best in class service! Stayed here twice would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, beautiful location and super helpful and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel .

Staff are courteous and friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide range of food and service is quick. They remembered my coffee order and brought it without asking, so they pay attention. The club lounge is fun and I enjoyed the cocktails and canapés. Not really any serious negatives, and nothing I felt the need to report while I was there. A couple of times the temperature in the shower would fluctuate and on the last night they left no shampoo. Booking a car to collect from the airport involved more bureaucracy than booking the hotel! In the future I will choose this over the Grand Hyatt, which is the only real competitor in the area and the hotel I have used for the last 5 years. This hotel is a lot less impersonal and the rooms, whilst smaller, are a lot more comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The personalized service, and the care and attention paid to my 2 year old son was spectacular. At every step of the way, we were provided exceptional service. Great restaurant "Neto", we had a spectacular dinner, special thankfull for Ms. Renata, she was adorable with our son. Staff always helping with a smile on the face.
