There is no air condition in the rooms after a summer period and during the night is 27 degrees of Celsius. If you open the window there is a highway on one side of the hotel and on the other side there is a crossroad with a loud messages for pedestrians. Even that, it is hot in the room - about 25 degrees in the night.

This place is a fantastic hotel with a right amount of nature and urban life. The hotel is located at the edge of the south side of Seoul. A subway station is about 1 min walk from the hotel. Since the hotel is near the Chaenggae mountain, the quality of air is good and it has less traffic than the inner city of Seoul. From the hotel to any well-known places in the city, a normal travel time should be roughly 30-45mins by subway. The extensive subway system really helps to go anywhere. In the surrounding area, the community boasts many different Korean cuisines that you really don’t have to travel to far. Also four coffee shops near by added to my morning ritual. The hotel is really clean and its breakfast is pretty awesome- fresh fruits and food.

1) Room cleaning was really bad. For example, used cups were just left untouched without being replaced.
2) Even inside the hotel, there was a violent crime that required calling the police. The hotel staff did little to none to help the guest. Not even a single message of "we sorry that this happened." The guest safety is the hotel's responsibility.
The properly itself may not be bad, but the software is terrible.

I got there mid night , internet disconnected, enginner came stay 30min cant fixed . Hotel ask me to change the room in middle of the night .

Nice spacious bed, big tv, good air conditioning, very nice bathroom! It was nice to be able to open the window. Great service. Very nice sauna facilities. Modern and clean. A negative was that the pillows aren’t that big.

The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1.
We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was not they offered us two hats from the lost and found.. not ideal from a 4 stars hotel but that was the only option if we want to use the swimming pool.

good place for business purpose.
swimming pool is small so that it is crowded when no. of people is over 8-10.
brush and paste is not prepared, but convenience store is in first floor.
dinner and breakfast place "level B1" is pretty fancy. there is a one man performance at dinner time. breakfast is fine but i will skip it next time.
if you prepaid(rather than paying at hotel), you can get 2 free sauna ticket when you check-in. the event goes until this august.

My wife and I originally booked this hotel for one night but we liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. We got the suite with the terrace. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of the park from our terrace. The hotel has a swimming pool and a rooftop track. The area is nice and quite. We are very satisfied with our stay here.

It was a wonderful place to stay at despite the coronavirus scare going on. All of the hotel staff were quite pleasant and helpful, trying to help us enjoy our short stay there. We needed a taxi to get somewhere quickly and did so in a friendly manner. The hotel room was quite clean, comfortable and quiet. The only hiccup was the shower door has a gap that lets water spray out a bit. The convenience store on the property on the lobby floor is great to have! The Illy cafe and hotel bakery provided with wonderful service and food! Thank you! We will be back again!

Front of desk staff were particularly kind and helpful. We were able to borrow an umbrella for the day without any issues. They also really helped us with using public transport (taxi and bus) to get back to Incheon Airport during morning rush hour as the subway was extremely busy.
