Basic hotel near Williams, decent breakfast but no food or drink options at the hotel for lunch and dinner. Small gym with a few treadmills and two elliptical and free weights.

Nice modern hotel. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Nice shower. Good sized room. Like many more modern hotels it lacks style. Overall would stay here again

Great location. The room had a view of the mountains and faced the back so no street sounds. The small pool and hot tub were just enough to enjoy and relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful, making every effort to make us feel welcome. I will definitely stay here when come through again.

The room was very clean and spacious with a high ceiling and the staff was especially kind. Very convenient since it is right next to Williams college, a gas station, and there is even a nice Chinese restaurant near that is open till late (many other restaurants close pretty early)

Pre-booking was difficult and confusing. All I wanted was 3 rooms for 6 people. When I tried to book direct, I was directed to booking sites instead. Ahead of time, I was given a suite, which I didn’t need, and a king bed instead of two queens. When we arrived, the people with me wanted to pay for their own rooms. The people at the desk were very accommodating but had to work around the online bookings to make sure I didn’t pay for all three rooms. The staff helped me get three double bed rooms next to each other, and assisted my fellow travelers in paying for their own share of the cost. But it was very confusing. Prebooking should not have been this complicated.

This hotel is still acceptable, but it is not as well-run as on my previous visits. Little things, such as having to move rooms due to broken refrigerator, much diminished breakfast, worn shower curtain, and poorly stocked convenience store. The staff are very responsive, but something is not quite as good as before.

I try to come to Williamstown once a year to visit friends and this is my first time staying at Fairfield. It’s an excellent option for a weekend visit. It’s very close to Williams College and Spring street. Convenient and free breakfast is a perk. Not a lot of options, but enough to get your day started. Will stay again next time I visit the town.

Loved the room, loved the hotel. I just wish the pool was open all night, you can only card in till 11 pm Most Best Western properties with pools keep the pool open 24 hrs.

This hotel is a good value for what you pay per night.
My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet uses paper plates, paper cups, and plastic cutlery. This is not a cheap takeout place! Use real china and silverware.

Room was decent but shampoo container in bathroom was empty. Mold/mildew along the bottom edge of the shower and shower door.
Breakfast was sub par. Fruit bowl looked dirty and soggy. Eggs didn’t taste like eggs. Dirty countertops at coffee area. No attendant present. Breakfast choices were not as depicted on the website picture. Very misleading. No recycling in breakfast area.
Front desk was loud and unprofessional in manner and dress. During breakfast we could see and hear them laughing loudly. Guests were polite and quiet but the front desk was not.
