Blair was so nice and kind during check in. He certainly has a way with people. He’s quick with a joke and makes you feel right at home.

Roomy, clean, friendly, comfortable beds, good value, free breakfast, breakfast like a lot of hotel self serve breakfast bars, some cold breakfast sandwiches, but a variety to chose from, small pool, weird parking garage, parking charge but a lot of places charge for parking, would stay again.

I booked the room at Homes 2 Suites for a getaway for my husband's Birthday. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. It was a great atmosphere.
The only complaint is that they did not tell me I had to pay for parking, but Tom at the front desk took care of me after I talked to him about it.
I would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge with a large are for cooking and hanging out, but the bed was really hard, I like a soft bed so not for me. The deadbolt on the room did not work. Our keys did not open the pool, and the terrace said out of order. I don’t know how a terrace can be out of order.
Breakfast might have been good, but there was so many people that it was mostly gone when we went down, lots of items were gone. The staff working seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up. There was no silverware, no coffee lids and collars or sugar and no non stick spray for the waffle maker. Most of the cereal was empty as well as the other breakfast items. They did bring out some fresh eggs and breakfast sandwiches, but they went very quickly.

Parking was a particularly frustrating matter. We were in an oversized vehicle so couldn't park in the hotel's secure garage. We were instructed to park across the street in a lot that stated 'no public parking,' but were given reasonable assurance that it should be okay, because no one checks on that after 9:00. There also was an option to use a "Park Omaha" app, but the QR code didn't work on 2 different phones, and the app wasn't functional across 3 different devices. Hotel was lovely. One of the desk clerks was quite pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with an oversized vehicle, tho.

Beautiful spacious rooms and lobby. Hot breakfast was nice but staff needs more help to make food and supplies available. Most mornings had to wait on refill of food items or coffee.

Very nice gym the best fitness room i have been to at a hotel in a long time. Had dumbells, kettlebells, actual spin bike! Wonderful breakfast very nice variety. The front desk host Jeff was very nice please give him a bonus!

Loved our large 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, large dining room table and living room. The hotel is only 3 years old. The lobby is modern with a nice place for breakfast. Currently there is another building being built next door but it wasn't disruptive.

I was very upset shortly after I checked in. I booked this specific hotel for the spacious room & nice pool. AFTER I paid & checked in, the attendant told me the pool was down. Very frustrating on the fact he would wait till after I already checked in. It was my daughter’s birthday & she wanted to swim. I didn’t end up staying and booked another hotel. Please inform guests of these issues upon their arrival, before they pay. Thank you

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I use a wheelchair and the room and bathroom were very easy to move around in. The breakfast was not as good. We got there about halfway through breakfast service each of the three days snd there were no cereal bowls or juice glasses. The breakfast sandwiches in the warmer had been there for some time as the buns were solid. The blueberry muffins were good. I wish the hotel would provide information on how the electric blinds work and a TV channel guide.

I had to go to unmc and this is a great place to stay. It is 2 blocks from the hospital. Rooms are clean, breakfast in the morning and staff is super friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

The check-in was a little confusing as the lobby could only be accessed through the parking garage. There were no signs or instructions.

The design of the hotel is great. The room was designed with a family in mind. However the construction felt cheap. The floors made a lot of noise, the carpet didn’t look good and things were falling apart.

The hotel property was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay. My only complaint was the condition of the pool. Our kids were looking forward to having the opportunity to swim but as soon as we got in we noticed a film of dust around the pool and inside the pool floor. Dust was everywhere! It appears this is due to the ongoing construction on the premises. We noticed construction workers coming in and out of the area. I would recommend making guests aware of this so they can decide if they want to deal with that.

The room was nice and big and the person who checked us in was very friendly. However, the tile around the incredibly tiny pool was cracked and I was terrified my kids were going to cut their feet. The pull out bed was also very dirty and all they had for breakfast was waffles and toast but they were out of plates and waffle batter and there was a fork just sitting in the toaster. We wound up going somewhere else and just paying for breakfast. But the worst part was in the morning as I was packing up our things, the sheet to the bed I was sleeping on had come up and there was dried blood on the sheet protecter. So I slept on that all night. That was kind of my breaking point. Hopefully we just caught them on an off day. I usually have good luck with hilton hotels but this was pretty disappointing.

Family and I stayed an overnight in Omaha for thr zoo and Air & Space Museums, then were planning a eveing at the hotel pool. Bad choice. Although the hotel looks very new, the pool is already falling apart. Loose tiles everywhere, water trapped below them causing more delamination of tiles. A poor hotel design where you have to exit outside onto an exterior deck to enter the pool. Not a great idea for winter months! Plus, you are now tracking dirt etc. into the pool area and the pool area is not warm. We gutted it out because the kids really wanted to swim. Topping it off, the Saturday breakfast was sparse -- they ran out of a couple items completely and the breakfast time was only half over. They also neglected to tell us there was a $15 parking charge, so that was a bit of a surprise upon checkout.

Nice stay the pool area was freezing cold and the kids were cold in the heated pool our breakfast was very limited mainly bread waffle and cereals. Had 2 sandwiches in the hot box and oatmeal was empty. But other than that the parking was awesome if I was on business I’d stay again thanks
