Wonderful stay. Room was large and comfortable. The people who worked there were fantastic. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we go back we will stay again.

An excellent overnight stay on St Simons.

Homey, clean, dog friendly, easy walking and the beach. Just wasn’t crazy about the breakfast but that didn’t change how much we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, boutique hotel. Staff was wonderful. Good workout room. Convenient to many restaurants, shops. Pier close too. Very comfortable stay.

This was a small, quiet boutique hotel with a great location on St. Simons Island. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel is run by the same management group as the King and Prince Hotel so guest have access to all the amenities offered at that resort which was a nice added perk. Complimentary breakfast was included in the price. It wasn’t the most elaborate or well stocked breakfast spread but it was satisfactory provided you get there towards the beginning of when it’s served.

A great little property! Loved the furnishings, kitchenette, morning breakfast, complimentary bikes, chairs and umbrellas! The staff is awesome!!

The Hotel was not as nice as expected from other reviews. It is in the middle of a busy area, a two blocks walk to the beach. Interior is lovely and comfortable room, but No Room service at all for three nights?? Outside was quite messy, a couple of rain storms came by during our stay. The Parking lot was dirty and the entrance to the Elevator was never swept or cleaned during our stay. For the price, there should be better maintenance. Breakfast was good the first day but went downhill after. Ladies at Front Counter were very nice.

Great location. Parking easy. Use of sister hotel’s seafront pools was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast OK. You do have to ask to have your room made.

On the main street but very quiet, good breakfast, large rooms, easy access to all attractions and a very walkable and bicycle friendly town

Great option for st simons in a lower traffic area and the bonus breakfast, next door restaurants, and 3rd floor cold plunge pool. And use of the King & Prince resort beach was just wonderful. We didn't want to leave

Unique and extremely comfortable room

The entire staff was exceptional, Bambi, Evonne, Jess’s, and Lennie. The hotel was outstanding!

Only suggestion would be to provide a small microwave in suite kitchenette. Hotel location is convenient to great local restaurants and beach. Rooms are well done. Another reason to love ssi.

The property was lovely. No assistance provided with beach chairs and umbrella setup. Breakfast and happy hour offerings were limited

I loved literally EVERYTHING about this hotel! It was perfect. I just got home yesterday and ive already booked my next stay there.

The accommodations were fine but the photos showing the beach amenities are deceptive. Before booking your reservations, you should know that this hotel is not located on the beach. There is an arrangement with the King & Prince Hotel to access their beach and pool facilities, which are nice but it's about a 10-minute walk from Hotel Simone. You also have to walk on the street and dodge traffic as there's no sidewalk. There's also no views of the ocean from any room in the hotel. When checking in, I mentioned to the receptionist that I was confused as the hotel marketing photos showed a nice beach. She responded that she hears that comment a lot from other guests, which indicates to me that I wasn't the only one that was fooled. If you want a true beach experience with views of the ocean, this isn't the hotel for you. If you want to pay top dollar for a view of an alley or a busy road with a 10-minute walk through traffic to the beach, this is your place.
