Unfortunately the room was very dirty

The room was excellent. Very spacious for our family of 4. The lobby area was amazing with a pool table and plenty of seating. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The kids loved the make your own waffles. The pool was nice but we enjoyed the hot tub the most. The hotel was close to everything we went to Scottsdale for. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was good, except they kept skipping our room to clean it. I was there for a week and I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to clean my room and they only did it one time for the week.

Plug-in lights didn't work on one wall. Table for eating was there, but only one chair for the 2 of us to seat at it. After 2 calls to front desk, someone arrived with a metal folding chair and checked that the lamps had bulbs and were plugged in. I had done that. I then suggested he check the electrical panel and pointed it out to him. After flipping the wrong switch and shutting off everything in the room, I pointed to a breaker the appeared tripped. He reset it and the problem solved.
Also, shower only worked through the handheld until, not the showered on the wall and the handle for turning the shower on came off in my hand.
Also, the blanket on the bed appeared to be a mattress pad.

Stayed here for about 50% of what it would have cost me at the conference resort two miles away.
At first, I was a little confused as it is actually two different Hilton properties joined at the hip - one more conventional and the other extended stay with a kitchen.
This is the extended stay one and I actually had a suite with a decent kitchen (including plates, glasses, etc) which I didn’t need.
It also included breakfast which is interesting as each side of the shared lobby has similar offerings but one side has the waffles while the other side has the pancakes, eggs and sausage (but you are free to serve from either side)

Nearly perfect accessible room with roll in shower. Just needs longer shower curtain to help contain water from flooding the room!

The smell in the room was horrible.
Awful body odor smell or something worse. We should have asked for a different room but we were too tired. Could not have gotten out of there fast enough.

This location was great. The breakfast choices were fun and good. The staff were friendly. If i could change 2 things I would have firmer pillows. And the air conditioner would have been less noises. But it worked!!

This Home2Suites is a nive property. Very cleans. Lobby is big. There was room to sit and read and chat, lots of snacks available for purchase, somee games for entertainment, and a wonderful warm breakfast. Starbucks is a 5-minute walk. There are two shopping centers nearby with great fiod options and services.

We love Home 2 Suites and generally stay every place we travel. This property seemed a little dated and worn. Scraped wall paper, chipped shower base, andstained carpet in the hallway. Our room was clean, but we did miss the dish towel in the kitchen. Nothing major, just things we noticed since we stay often.

Home2 has been quality at each one I have stayed so far. I expected it to be a good stay with great staff and I was not disappointed.

Everyone that works here is lazy, lazy, lazy!! Our week stay with no services until the day before leaving. We had to take our own trash out, asked for trash bags didn't get any until next day. Linen was brought up to the room and we're told to make & change our own bedding. Mind you i don't work here. Room wasn't vacuumed, toilet/paper towel weren't replenished. Laundry room dirty, washers stained my whites a yellow color. Washers are so dirty and smelly. I did let front desk know but didn't do anything to get washers looked at for what stains my clothes. The elevator wasn't working one day and we had to take our things to the 4th floor. Breakfast was terrible and they start putting food up 30 minutes early and nothing is wiped down. Exit doors are are so dirty. She apologized with 2 waters, candy bar, oreos and chips ahoy!! This place needs some deep cleaning done.

Very convenient location, the staff were all exceptional. Our room needed a small maintenance issue resolved and the issue was taken care of immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. We would stay there again

Very nice room, comfy bed, excellent hot water and shower pressure. Very quiet and clean. Close to Starbucks and many great restaurants, points of interest and the airport. Representative who checked us in was not helpful, just handed me the keys and gave no indication of where to park, where the elevator was located, etc.. other staff were helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Generally clean facilities, excellent staff everywhere. The only complaint I have is the loud rattling noise from the air conditioning unit. Noise was loud enough to disturb sleep.
