Location is excellent, near train stations, besides a small mall and convenient shuttle bus service to Haneda airport. Room is pretty small but very clean. Good for short stay.

Relatively new and modern accommodation. Right next to Ariake Garden Shopping Mall with many amenities and dining. Near to attractions in Odaiba but be prepared for a bit of travel needed by subway/public bus to other cities (Skytree, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya, Akihabara etc).

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to shopping mall and close to public transit. Seemed like a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Tried the foot bath since we were traveling with young children and didnʻt want to go to a real onsen; the foot bath was a pleasant experience and since we went during the day, we were the only ones in there.

Great hotel, great staff, conveniently connected to a mall with shopping, food court and grocery store. Great private bath, sauna and foot bath options with reasonable prices. Staff were amazingly great especially in the face of language barriers. free Airport shuttle to Hanaeda airport as advertised. Trains are a 5 min walk. Local shuttle from hotel to local tourist areas available as well. Overall a great experience. Will definitely rebook here when I return to Tokyo.

We had a great stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake! While the room was small, it was well-organized and met all our needs. What really made our visit special was the access to the spa and onsen. The spa facilities were fantastic and gave us a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring. Another highlight of our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake was the proximity to the 6am tuna auction at Toyosu Market, which was within walking distance. It was such a unique and exciting experience to witness the auction early in the morning. Being so close to this iconic event made our stay even more memorable. And we had sushi breakfast right there! The location was also really convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Even with the smaller room, everything was thoughtfully arranged and worked well for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Fontaine Ariake and would definitely consider staying there again!

Booked for non-smoking room but was assigned a room that's obviously a smoking room, just without ashtrays. Eventually requested for a room change, and felt the difference as soon as we stepped into the new room. I prefer the layout of the previous room but I prefer breathing naturally in this new room. The size of the room was just fine, not cramped like in most other hotels. But the biggest plus for me was the buffet breakfast. Many choices, but the DIY donburi was my favorite.
