Staff is always very polite

My only complaint is the size of the refrigerator in the room. It is entirely too small. I brought leftovers from dinner and couldn’t put it in the frig.

Only problem the pool was closed by the city. Hotel didn’t offer any discount or sister hotel to use. June is hot time of the year for swimming.

Hotel was closed. They waited until 5 hours before my stay to call and let me know.

Everything was great

While the staff was exceptional, the closure of the pool and the uncomfortably hot hallways and elevator, especially in Texas, were significant drawbacks for me. Although the cleanliness was maintained well and the staff was friendly, I might opt for a different location despite a slightly higher cost for a more satisfying stay.

Hotel was great. I give it a 4.5* Not a fan of hotels or any establishment offering less and charging the same. As of some other recent reviews the pool is still inoperable as of June 7th.

Great stay

Loved the cleanness of the hotel. Absolutely loved the entrance door to the room and key, I felt safe in my room. The room decor is very nice, comfortable bed, AC/Heat was perfect as I needed it. Good choice of coffee. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower and mirrors! Your housekeeper was detailed oriented and friendly. I had a problem with my coffee machine and she sent a new one to my room, The lady that checked me in was very nice.

I wanted a hotel with a pool for my 6-year-old. At no point did the hotel inform guests that the pool was not available. There wasn't even a sign on the door or gate to the pool. The pool looked to be in working order, full of water with fountains flowing. The hotel should not be calling itself a resort without a pool to offer. It should also have a manager on call to speak with customer who want to leave and get a full refund when they discover there is no pool for swimming. This hotel did not have a manager. The girls at the front looked like teenagers. I will not stay at a Courtyard again.

When I booked this hotel, I solely selected it because of its pool and outdoor area. However, when I asked the front desk a day after I checked in what time the pool closed, she told me that the pool was closed because it had not been inspected by the city for the season. I really wish they would have told me this before I checked. They gave me 4000 bonus points but that’s nothing compared to even a fraction of what I paid for 2 rooms/2 nights. Also, one of our rooms was a handy cap room with a roll in shower even though I didn’t ask for that. I suppose the drains weren’t working properly because the entire bathroom became flooded with at an inch of water and it wouldn’t drain. My daughter fell because she didn’t realize the amount of water when she went in to use the restroom. Lastly, the cops were in the lobby helping a guy whose car had just been stolen. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the bistro bar and kind front desk workers.

Pool wasn’t opened even though online never mentioned it so we had a bunch of grumpy kiddos wanting to access the pool.

Not good! Check-in was ok. Rooms need work done . Hard to believe after a few years that a hotel has so many cracks and uncleanliness. I remember when they first opened this hotel. I stayed there and service was great . It was clean! Now the front desk crew seemed unconcerned and one even appeared to have a hangover the morning I went down to ask for more towels and a change of bedsheets. Said she would let them know and later nothing had been changed or any clean towels was delivered. I asked why by the clerk on duty this time and she said it wasn't my day for my room to be cleaned. I needed clean towels because we hadn't any and I thought customers satisfaction came first. I had to ask the lady cleaning another room if she would get me some towels and she did. Never again will I or my family or associates be staying at that Courtyard again!!

Comfy beds!

Clean, modern, friendly staff, lots of dining in the area and a Walmart with in walking distance, quiet and peaceful. A special thanks to Charity at front desk for facilitating us a late checkout, will definitely stay again when in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Wow!!! Maybe the best value eve for a quick hotel stay! Very very clean!! My wife and i wanted to exercise while we were ther and were very impreased with the gym and how large it was with the variety of equipment! Also, the starbucks coffee and plated breakfast sandwich and avacado toast were resturant quality. Really really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall amazing experience. Staff were beyond great and helpful. To say that we will be staying here again is definately an understatement!!!

The motel was decent. I will say the pool was closed which automatically was a dispapointment. And than my card had 3 holds on them which total 80 dollars

The atención is great, we were greeted with a smile at all times.

Great location. Nice hotel. Rooms were comfy. Pillows were not flat! Bathroom was clean. Shower had decent pressure. Would stay here again.
