The check-in process was seamless, the girl that helped us (Rosalind I think) was friendly and beyond helpful. She set the tone for a great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my 2nd stay. Clean and quiet. Really enjoy the location. Rosemary checked me in both times. So nice and efficient. She does an amazing job. 👍😊

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced. It was nice that the property is close to services. The bedding was good quality.
There were a sort of tailgating parties in the parking lot which I wasn't anticipating, and it was quite noisy in my room from the outside noise. These parties did take place on both Friday and Saturday night. I'm not sure if this was common for the facility or if it was a group there that had rented a block of rooms.

The hotel and room were clean, up to date, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were good. Several restaurants were nearby. Good place to stay while in Park City, Kansas and very close to Wichita.

Staff were very friemdly and welcoming. i am an eighty five year old woman and my husband is eighty eight. i would have felt more comfortable if there had been a grab bar in the shower.

Rosemary, the desk clerk when we checked in, was exceptional. We’ve stayed at $300-$400 a night hotels and haven’t felt as welcomed and special as she made us feel. We checked in and then left and didn’t come back until 11:30. The refrigerator in our room was not working. She brought us a new refrigerator at 11:30 at night! Exceptional service. Not only did she replace the refrigerator but she did it happily. She exceeded all of our expectations.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and when we arrived the elevator was broken. The desk clerk was apologetic and friendly. It was a pain taking our bags up the stairs but the elevator was fixed in the morning when we checked out, so that was nice and made leaving much easier.

The property was nice and clean, however the elevator stopped working the morning we checked out. This was a gross inconvenience because I'm 68 years old and had to carry my luggage from the 2nd floor.
I was comped $20 for the inconvenience.

We had a quick overnight stay - front office staff was very efficient and was very personable.Our room was nice and clean - break was more then we expected and it was really good ! All in all it was a nice experience.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was nice. The pool was extremely small and the elevator seemed a bit sketchy. Overall, the hotel was nice but the hotel’s pool was the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen. I booked the hotel so my boys could swim while we were in town and there wasn’t much space to swim.
