We love staying at Tru. The location is convenient to everything, and it really makes you feel like you’re at home. I just wish it was more affordable.

We stayed at this location as part of a 5-day trip in northeastern US. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the mattress was not comfortable. Both of us had trouble getting comfortable on it, which is puzzling because the hotel seems fairly new. The rest of the stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful room with amazing view, front staff ok. It is very convenient to Elm Street and nearby eateries and breweries. Definitely recommend the Common Man which seem to be on lower level of hotel. Hotel seems new and was clean. Had a spectacular view of the city which was nice.

The woman at the front desk was amazing! She was cheerful, friendly and very helpful!! This is my second stay at TRU, Manchester, NH and both times the service was impeccable. The rooms were very clean both times, the lobby was inviting, and the decor is light and fun throughout. I can't say enough good things about this location! I can't wait to stay again! It's top on my list of recommendations to friends and family for a great stay at a great price!

Great place to stay downtown. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Palace theater. You do have to walk up hill but after dinner a show and a few cocktails it's better to finish the night going downhill. Only negative is it's near Bridge Street. The people of Manchester love to drive with the music up and the windows down. So you might hear some music late night.. Over all will be back again and again.

The hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. Room was small but the large window helped. Coffee, decaf and hot water were available and kept hot all the time (unlike other places they were warm as they been sitting there for hours). Hotel is new and modern. Elevator is fast. Breakfast is decent. very pleasant stay.

I booked in advance with several requests noted and when checking in nothing was accommodated due to hotel sell out . I requested my elderly parents on the same floor , did not have 2 rooms together, requested non pet friendly dog room because I have severe allergies , they say they do not do that . I did request away from the elevator and that worked out . But why make requests if it’s purely luck of the draw ? The beds were probably the most comfortable I have experienced . Mediocre breakfast but convenient.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Room we’re clean although there was a bit of an odor in the entrance and in the hallways (maybe because it it a pet friendly hotel). Staff was excellent

New building, very modern lobby with great breakfast, comfortable bed. Was worried about noise with surrounding roads, train but room was very very quiet. Room was a bit small and lacked storage space, but was fine for a night. Would have wanted more storage space if we were staying longer. Overall great staff service, clean and quiet.

I assume that TRU is a cheaper version of Hilton. The facility was clean and nicely decorated but we were disappointed by the "breakfast" offering. The eggs were barely warm and the bacon tasted like dried cardboard. It was difficult to find a seat that wasn't in the path of cold air blowing out of the ceiling vents. I'm not sure why the dining area was so cold other than to keep the customers from sitting around too long. Not a great way to start the day. If you're going to use the word, Hilton, in your hotel name, you should try to incorporate some of that hotel level of quality. We didn't see it at this location.

I liked the hotel itself. It’s new, modern, and clean. The staff is also nice. My son enjoyed playing pool and a lot of board games ☺️
