Was a good place to stay. Very quite and nice atmosphere and environment. Only thing is I left the room just as I found it and still have not got my $100 deposit back. I’m still waiting.

The waterwalk team is always helpful and courteous. They building is exceptionally clean. The apartments are comfortable, clean and beds are great. Having in unit laundry is wonderful. This is our second stay and we would highly recommend it . It is in quiet area and easy access. Thank you waterwalk team !!

Thought there was a pool, but was fine without. The room was dirty in the kitchen area and had to clean before being able to cook. Not life or death just little things. The Wi-Fi didn’t connect the whole time. And the tv remote was tore up where the channel or volume button was. Fine otherwise.

Everything was super clean and very pretty. Excellent experience other than the guy walking into our room at 9 am. We were there for one night and checkout was at 11. I was half asleep, in the restroom, naked, with the door open. Did NOT expect someone to knock then walk in. Woke my husband up. They should really coordinate the cleaning staff with the front desk to know who has checked out already. Other than that akward wake up, it was a good time.

It was a beautiful property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances (except for spoons for some reason). Staff was friendly. It was a great place to stay.

They wanted to charge an additional $100 on top of the room fee when I checked in. what?!?! Just include the real cost of room up front. Scam! Just average otherwise. Can’t imagine staying long term. But was a true full kitchen with bedroom and big walk through closet. Living room tiny. No real dining room but had two person table

The location is away from the heavy traffic. The staff were very helpful. I liked the room. The bed was a small queen. We suggested a hand rail on the bathtub and more secure footage

Check in took forever but the woman who checked us in was super friendly and explained she was having computer problems so no big deal. The property location is tucked away in a business park yet still close to restaurants and shopping. The suite was fine except for the bathroom. The shower/tub hadn’t been cleaned and it was obvious. Not sure I’d stay there again

We only stayed one night, room 208. The loveseat was disgusting under the cushions. There are several stains and the room smelt like a kennel. I'm allergic to cats and dogs and I noticed a paw sticker on the door frame. I was not aware this hotel had pet rooms or I would have requested a pet free room.

"While it is convenient for extended stays, the rooms are not very clean. The microwave was dirty, the floors were dirty, and the pillows seemed to have an unpleasant smell. Something that could have been so good, but it was so bad instead.
The rooms at this property were extremely dirty. After asking to be moved to a different room, the second room was just as dirty and had unbearably strong smell (pet urine?). Additionally;
- the floor had debris and pet hair throughout the unit.
- the bottom of all furniture throughout the unit and kitchen appliances looked as though they were sprayed with some type of "cleaner", but never wiped clean.
- the kitchen backsplash was filthy (covered in food/grime).
- handles on all kitchen appliances were smeared from what looked like prior peoples' stays.
- silicone hot pads had food stuck all throughout.
Very unfortunate, as the staff was nice and the unit layouts were good, but the lack of property cleanliness was the worst we've ever experienced.
Definitely would not return, but hopefully they will address this at some point in the future...and if not, it's a shame.

The Waterwalk worked perfectly for our family trip. With seven adults, we needed plenty of space along with a kitchen and two bathrooms. We booked 2 suites with 2 beds/2baths each and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! It was nice that both laundry and dishwashing detergents were supplied. We would recommend the Waterwalk.

I stayed in this hotel when it was brand new and super clean. Now the hallways are covered in a waxy residue; the dirt is not cleaned just shmeared around and imbedded under a new coat of wax. G-d help us if they decide to buff it; they will never get the dirt out. Spraying the air with deodorizers only makes it smell worse.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Priced similar to a hotel but so much more room. It was very quiet, easy to get to and the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here again upon visits to Minneapolis.

I liked the price and the fact that we got a suite (I tend to have trouble sleeping, so when I got out of bed at 4:00 AM I could putter without disturbing my wife.
Shortly after we arrived, someone in one of the suites must have burned something, and the burned smell lingered in the hallway for several hours. I have allergies and I found this quite annoying. A better air exchange system could be used.

Amenities are pretty cool however due to lack of cleanliness I didn’t use anything besides the tv,bed, and bathroom. There were nail clippings on the floor in the living room area, kitchen was kind of gross with crumbs all over the table,chairs,and floor. Weird smears/smudges on EVERY light switch, gunk on the paper towel holder and kitchen utensils. All in all my overall experience was just okay.. would’ve been more enjoyable had I had a clean room
