Great stay! wishI could have stayed longer.

One day family event.

Okay. Check-in staff was rude.

The stay was excellent. We couldn’t find the Do Not Disturb sign for the door. I called up the front desk and told them we did not want the room serviced the unknown agent stated she would personally inform the HK Supervisor not to service the room. We returned late at night and found that the room was serviced. It wasn’t too much of a big deal but I am in the hospitality business and I informed the Front Desk Attendant Lisa the next day while we were checking out. Lisa I felt was what the industry needs. Lisa offered us a complimentary breakfast but was unable due to catching a flight. I would like Lisa to be recognized and rewarded for her exceptional customer service and commitment to keeping the customer satisfied.

I like the space of the room and the bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and I especially liked the text ahead of my arrival asking if there is anything that could be done prior to my arrival or any assistance needed.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

One star for false advertising and an awful hotel manager. It is a pet friendly hotel but nowhere on the booking detail it said there was a fee for pets. So I was surprised when they included a pet fee with billing. When we talked to the manager she refused to show some courtesy to waive the fees, although we stayed for one night and for less than 12 hours. Her demeanor is why we wouldn’t want to stay in another Hilton property again.

Clean, quiet,and neat.
