This hotel would be great to stay at bc it is rather new, close to downtown and the zoo, plus it is in a fenced in parking lot. BUT it is NASTY!! The housekeeping here is absolutely lacking!!! I am not sure WHEN the last time they cleaned any of it is. I would not have stayed here at all but I had already paid in full for it plus it was later in the evening when we checked in so we had no clue where else to go. I would not even take my shoes off to walk on the floor so I kept my flip flops on until I got in the bed bc it was the one thing that you could tell was clean. The floor was NASTY and the bathroom had barely been wiped down. The need a whole new cleaning staff!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING when we got there and it took a long time for it to warm up after adjusting the AC. The room was very spacious but a little dirty. There were visible stains on the bed, sofa, and walls.

The hotel was nice enough for our purposes, but there was a decent amount of small bits of previous guests' trash in the two room we reserved. Clothing tags, paper, hair tie and a counter that hadn't been wiped clean.
Also, there's a gap under the doors leading out of the room into the hall and the shared door to the adjoining room. We heard loud and clear what was going on next door - thankfully just loud sports updates on someones phone. I took the couch cushions to create a noise barrier.
Good breakfast options and a very short drive to downtown and Newport.

Room was not ready for us. We had several issues with things either not working or just not cleaned. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful but it seemed that they were very under staffed. She did her best to help.

When I first arrived to check into my room, the lady at the front desk was very nice, issued me a room, and then proceeded to room 521. Upon entering the room the room had been previously occupied by somebody smoking marijuana. They also had a machine running in the room, which later occurred to me as a Ozone machine went back downstairs. The lady at the front desk asked her for a different room upon putting us in another room room 611 when we came to the room the sheets were not perfectly done on the bed like normal the bathroom was still a mess. There was two towels in the bathroom for a family of four staying, also one bar of soap in the bathroom hotels overall cleanliness was very unacceptable especially for a new hotel. I will be asking for a refund as this was a terrible event.

Josh (the manager) was very helpful and concerned about any issues we may had. Jazz was especially great at check in. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy too! The room was especially spacious and very clean. The room was nice and cool upon arrival. Great place to stay!

Liked the hotel. There was only 2 small pillows for a king size bed and there was also some kind of sticky mess on floor by bed. Floors need a good wash.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Cincinnati! Close to downtown or UC. We will be back. We have always stayed at another establishment. However, their rates have increased without making any improvements or addressing wear and tear. Here you have free parking and a warm breakfast in a clean and friendly environment! WIN!!

The staff and the vuilding were great! It seemed very clean. Staff was very helpful in all areas. The one and only complaint i had was that when people came doen the hall, it was very loud because there was nothing in the hall to lessen the noise (ie nasty carpet).

Hotel seemed quite new, clean & well kept. Our original assigned room had a foul smell but they offered to switch our room so we switched. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok but no fruit and only milk option was skim.

It was a great hotel to stay at for a weekend getaway! They had great service and so many great amenities. The only complaint would be that the room we got was not 100% cleaned up. We found party decorations on the ceiling but nothing to crazy.

The hotel was clean and nice, the front desk staff were incredibly nice. The toilet in our room was not working and unfortunately we couldn’t do anything since we had a sleeping toddler in our room. We had to take turns going downstairs to use the restroom by the front desk. The pool was also freezing cold and very cloudy looking

My stay was awesome went to the casino one night and got lost and call the hotel and Leslie help me to find my way back to the hotel. The staff was so friendly, that what you call good customer service, hope they keep up the good work

The property had a fence part way around it. No big deal except the back of the property wasn't fenced and there are three, what I can only assume, abandoned cars from approximately the late seventies/early eighties. I say abandoned because all the tires were flat. I asked at the desk about them and really wasn't given an answer. I asked if it was an art installation. No answer.

I was in 4 different rooms over the course of my 1st 3 hours. Toilet in 1st 2 rooms wouldn't flush. 3rd room TV didn't work. Didn't get a discount either.
