Coffee pot had old coffee with mold floating on top. Beetle-type bug found in closet and reported to front desk.
They did replace the coffee pot with a new one.
Room itself was nice. Front desk employees were friendly and responsive to our requests and needs.

Located just off Coastal Hwy, it's a short easy drive to Cape Henlopen State Park and downtown Lewes. Their indoor pool is perfect for lap swimming. It's easy driving to outlets, Hopkins Farm for ice cream and other activities.

Make sure to check the refund policy. I frequently book through Expedia and always look for refundable hotels. I don’t know how I missed this when booking here. We weren’t able to stay here as we had to adjust our plan and the hotel was unflexible. We needed a slight adjustment in dates and numerous conversations with the hotel and they would not budge. We said we would pay any difference in cost for the different date. Result is we lost almost $400. Expedia was very nice but there was nothing they could do as the hotel refused to make changes.

The hotel is hidden in an office complex and can't be seen from the street. It took me over an hour traversing Lewes streets to finally find and with a GPS navigator. A woman in a store showed me on a Google map where it was. Buried deep in a complex. They need to post explicit directions on how to reach it.
Upon checking in we only had one bath towel for two people, I had to go to the desk to request two. The guy looked a me as if I had two heads on my shoulder
The breakfast the next morning was so cheap and one of the worst I've ever had. Only warm foods were scrambled eggs and potatoes. No breakfast meats such as bacon or sausage which normally accompany buffet breakfasts.
I could't ait to check out and leave this place!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The property is clean and everyone was so friendly. The pool was our favorite place, it never got too crowded and my children got to do a lot ofnswiming.

We were not granted either of our request for early check-in and late check-out what is the point of special requests? The person at the front desk was less than accommodating. Also someone vomited in the hotel pool. We probably will not return.

We enjoyed the huge lap pool which could accommodate multiple families. There were plenty of clean towels to dry off and they restocked them often. The free breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The outdoor patio was nice and cozy, especially at night. The room was clean and the staff members were friendly. Overall, we loved our stay.

Very beautiful clean Hotel pool is amazing huge and great for kids. Outdoor area with real gas fire pit. We got the king efficiency big room has a great layout. My husband is disabled the best bathroom I have ever had for disability access! Hotel is on the main road right before all the shopping. Walgreens is just a walk away. Breakfast was great different options throughout the morning. Shout out the pool man who recommended Lewes beach not to far from the hotel. The drive was easy and the beach is on the sound so waves were not big. FYI just make sure you pay for parking where ever you go they were handing out tickets all the time.

We are building a house and needed to be at the site a couple of days. The room was great but the breakfast disappointing. When my husband and I went down around 845 there was very little to choose from that I even had to ask for yogurt. So the rating for that would be a 1.

We arrived after taking the Autotrain to Lorton. Tired, weary travelers. We were greeted by Jaimie who was awesome and Dion at the bar for our dinner. Service was wonderful and Jaimie made us feel as if we were there regularly. She is a gem and a hardworker. The food was good and the beer was cold! Our room was very comfy and quiet. Thank you all.

Great hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and inviting. Breakfast was delicious; great variety and lots of it from cereals to fruit and yogurt to toast and bagels and scrambled eggs and sausages. Dining room was attractive and comfortable.The room was clean as new, although we could have used more towels for two people. It was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at except for a noisy group who briefly occupied the adjoining room. Room temperature easy to adjust, quiet.
