It’s okay

I was expecting three bedrooms but only find two. The cleanness of property needs improvement.

Es war einfach "WOW", : die Größe, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die wahnsinns Aussicht aufs Meer vom Balkon (Wohnzimmer) und aus den Schlafzimmern (1. Masterbedroom mit King, Bad und Closet, 1 Fenster, 2. SZ - Queenbed, Einbauschrank, 2 Fenster, Bad vor dem Zimmer; 3. Queenbett in einer "Fortsetzung" des Wohnzimmers mit Balkontür und Fenster). Die Nähe zum Flughafen beeinträchtigt nicht, auch der Autoverkehr nicht. Nachts ist es ganz still. Da möchte man dann gar nicht mehr weg. Alles sehr geschmackvoll. Hohe Sicherheit auch in der Garage. Im Innenhof ein schöner Pool und ein "Hotwhirlpool", Liegen, Fitnessraum, Sonnenschirme und Tische mit Stühlen, Palmen und eine Wasserwand - alles sehr sauber. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Im Nebenraum Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ausser den wunderschön bezogenen Betten lagen im Schrank noch zusätzliche Decken (nachts -Ende Oktober wird es kalt). Auch zusätzliche Handtücher und Handtücher für den Pool. Problemloser Internetzugang. Auf dem Balkon 3 nette Sessel mit hübschen Kissen und ein kleiner Tisch. Sehr erfreulich: eine Hälfte der Schlafzimmerfenster lässt sich öffnen (ich mag nachts Frischluft und keine AC und man kann das Meer rauschen hören. Last not least: eine tolle und nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - liebe Grüsse

Es wäre schön einen Sonnenschutz (Markise/Schirm) auf dem Balkon zu haben. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist eine "Verlängerung/Seitenarm" des Wohnzimmers mit einem Paravent-Sichtschutz.

Communication with the property manager was poor and she could not send texts or give check in information in a timely manor

So many things broken can’t name them all Big stain in bedroom 2 on floor - 2 missing lights in 2nd bath when arrived Bedroom 3 is open off of living room not really a bedroom just a bed in the flat. The other 2 are closed. Attention to detail very low here as if this is luxury then the people staying must not go to 4 star hotels as this is the most basic place I’ve stayed in. Big issue was that short term lets are not allowed at this building. Maybe it’s accepted, but This is on the management office that you pass by to get to the pool. This made us super uncomfortable and did not enjoy that feeling at all. I’ve reported this to booking and they don’t seem interested to remove property from their booking site. So up to you as the customer if you are ok with this. We were not but had no choice as already there.

There was everything what we needed.

This appartment was certainly not luxury. It was rather a basic appartment in an aged building.
