Das Zimmer war geräumig und leise, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, bequeme Betten mit guter Matratze

Beim Check in ( Automat im Freien in der Kälte !! ) eine lange Schlange, da der kompliziert zu bedienende Automat nicht funktionierte, bzw. die Mitarbeiterin die man anrufen erklärte booking hätte falsche codes geschickt Nach etwa 1/2 Stunde warten in der Kälte, stehend und frierend spuckte der Automat eine weiße Karte aus , ohne Zimmernummer, diese war nur kurz auf dem Display zu sehen, wenn man sich diese nicht merkt… Pfff Ich kenne Automaten von anderen Hotels, immer waren diese in einer Schleuse, einem Windfang angebracht, das hier ist ein Parkscheinautomat in der Kälte Das Zimmer war mit einer kaputten Stehlampe, ohne Nachttischbeleuchtung ausgestattet , dafür Lichtblitze vom Brandmelder alle 30 Sekunden über dem Bett- pffff . Der Fernseher war nicht im Schlafzimmer sondern in der Küche angebracht, dort 2 unbequeme Stühle , passt gar nicht.

Hotel poco distante dal centro storico di Innsbruck (circa 30 minuti a piedi). Nuovo, moderno e check-in in completa autonomia. Stanza pulita e ordinata. Tutto perfetto

Unico aspetto negativo: letto un po' scomodo e cuscino inesistente.

Chambre propre et calme, correspond aux photos. Literie confortable. Du café et du thé sont à disposition.

Le quartier n'est pas terrible. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller manger. De plus, il n'y a absolument personne dans l'hôtel : enregistrement automatique et il faut comprendre comment on ouvre les portes ! La table très petite convient plus pour 2 personnes que pour 4. On a déjeuné en 2 services ! La chambre donne sur le parking.

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

In der Umgebung gibt es nur wenige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Essen und Trinken gibt es in 2 Automaten. Ist allerdings sehr teuer.

I am not against the concept of having no staff, it has potential. eventually it worked

- If you have no staff, at least make sure the user experience at check-in is flawless. Definitely not the case here. - Amenities in general were mediocre in terms of usability and ugly in terms of taste and appearance, but price still high for international standards (albeit it seems to be the norm in Austria) - Overall a very aseptic, impersonal place with no soul

De self-check-in was heel gemakkelijk. De kamer was netjes, alles was aanwezig. De bedden lagen goed maar waren aan de smalle kant. Goed verblijf voor als je op doorreis bent.

Here we go.. Reaaaallly dissapointed about the cleaning staff. ( I’m sorry but I will have to mention the “older lady” was so mean and rude - we asked if we could do the check out at 11:00 instead of 10:00.. we got an OK for that BUT.. at 09:55 next day the cleaning lady knocked and opened the door without even waiting for an answer…RUDE !!!!🤌🤌🤌. We told her that we discussed with the staff to do the check out at 11:00. She was back at 11:55 - we were packing out bags and preparing to leave but she seemed really pissed and RUDE !!! We left in a hurry just the see the complete cleaning personel including this lady smoking outside the front door or the hotel… while we were placing the bags in the car. What kind of policy is this ??? RUDE ! - We will most probably not come here again. Really sorry for that but I think you should revise the cleaning staff. ) and… we asked for a 4 person apartment.. but only 1 bed was assembled.. we had to assemble the couch by ourselves… and the couch cover was NOT Clean. !!! Again.. please have a small chat with your cleaning staff. Thank you and really sorry for all these. The apartment was really nice and it deserves better memories that this.

The room was big and well equipped. The location is not at all central.

The bed was very small for two people. No coffee machine at the building.

Staff were extremely helpful and made it very easy for us to stay here. Super clean and easy to use apartment. Loved the experience.

The apartment was really nice and super and the check in was easy. It is not so far to the center of the city - 30 minutes walking.

Very clean and gorgeous views. The neighbourhood is pleasant and easily accessible via public transport. I would definitely stay here again!
