I booked two bedroom apartment at Athithi Inn Coimbatore near Prozone mall and they provided two one bedroom apartment without front door latch. Prior to checkin, I discussed with them for three days and I paid 50% deposit and they didn't tell me about this safety issue. I asked for alternative accomodation with frond door latch and they told me that they don't provide latches due to company policy. Due to safety concerns I didn't stay and left within an hour of checkin. Since two bedroom apartment is not offered to us as per booking, please refund 50% deposit that we paid.

They had 24hrs reception. Rooms were newly painted. All went well. Good for a family in group.

Poor service and no customer satisfaction

breakfast, tea etc arranging from outside so crockery, cup, spoons etc not provided and food could have better, in-fact they have to stop providing breakfast but keep electric kettle & tea provision in the room, dusbin not available in room / bathroom, no water bottle asking addtional cost, bed cover was not cleaned later changed after request. one bath room light was not working,

This stay was a very remembering one because we had a infant and a kid. The facilities were apt for a family stay. It looks very fresh look, I think the place is renovated. Kitchen with equipments to cook is also provided.

Big family apartments we got was very spacious for our family of 7. They dont have a full serviced restaurant however the food is available through online orders. The shopping mall Prozone mall is just 1/2 km away from here. all major restaurants are very near and walkable, We went with our car , got car parking also inside the premises roof covered. The facilities and location was good and clean. The booking was done through the online company called PPH Living and was a great deal. Overall a very pleasant stay in Coimbatore and worth for the money . This is the nearest hotel on the way to OOty and Isha yoga in boluvampatti. Over all good.. will visit again.

The bit road connecting to the property is not well done by the local corporation
