Dirty and no elevator

Area seems unclean, parking lot full of potholes, dirty. Rooms seem half clean.

Dirty and moldy bed set, toilet was clogged, and shower drain was full of hair upon arrival. The smoke detector was off the wall and turned off. The room smelled of smoke.

This is a hotel that was once a two or three star that has declined dramatically.

Everyhing was dirty

Continantal Breakfast Awfull,Cofee was strong,Not enough towels,wash cloths,Was good 4-5 yrs ago,WHAT happend??Not worth it anymore,.

It’s ok to sleep one or two nights need up dates

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in there was no ac my tv was broke my key didn’t work to my room so I had to stop at the front desk to get someone every time I wanted to back in my room

Elevator was out of order. Bed sheet had a bunch of stains. Towels were obviously dirty. Yellow stains in the bathtub. Fecal stain in the toilet. Cheetos or something under the bed. Terrible smell.

It wasn’t even what the pictures look like it was filthy. We didn’t even get to stay one night. It was in an area that was unclean. The people were disgusting and mean we tried to change motels, but they wouldn’t let us because it’s a third-party so I didn’t get my money back. Had to go all the way to the other side of Milwaukee Wisconsin. I had a paid $290 for a room I was coming in for a funeral and it was really sad that I had to pay extra to get a room at the last minute because there was a Harley Davidson festival state fair festival, which I didn’t know because I out of state and I was in a rush to get a room in this room and this motel Was the worst neighborhood ever ever in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The room looked like it was not cleaned; the bed was just remade. Our pillows were covered in lipstick, blood, and other stains (no pillow cases were given). The only blanket/bedding that we were given was a sheet drapped over the fitted sheet. The refrigerator/freezer were not clean and had something (melted icecream?) flooding the bottom of both. The tv remote was missing batteries, so we could only manually flip through 4-5 channels. No towlels were given to shower; the shower was not clean. The base boards/walls looked like it had mold that was just painted over. There wasnt any smoke detectors, but you can see where there is supposed to be one. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cheap muffins and a gallon of milk to share with the entire hotel. I wont be coming back.

No likes. Room smelled horrible of bleach and many customers were complaining at the front desk and very disgruntled. No ice machines were in working order. Tv in room did not work and elevator did not work

The hotel is a bit run down. The front desk person ran out to us & told us we couldnt Park r motorcycle under the canopy area where you would normally pull up to check in. My guy said, are we not supposed to drive here to check-in? And suddenly the front desk person changed their tune and just said, well.You can check in, but then you have to move. You only get one key card to your room. Which will deactivate daily. There will only be one towel and 1 wash RAG. In your room so you might as well ask for extras.When you check in. The front desk elevator was not working, and breakfast was basically cereal and stale pastries. Oh, and another guest had their car stolen while we had stayed there. However, it was probably the most budget friendly.A hotel in the area.

The hotel is older, and could use a remodel. Having said thatthough, it was clean. We slept through the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Awful chemical smell. Stained linens. Dirty bath. Etc. left after 10 minutes. Was told to talk to manager on Monday when I asked for a refund.

Extremely dirty. It smells. Bathtub doesn't work. AC is not working. No breakfast. Towels dirty, stains on the bed and chairs. Wifi does not work. No security. Terrible terrible experience. For the price of $206 a night without fees and taxes that place is a mess. I regret going there and spending almost $500 for 2 nights. That place should be shutdown.

Many broken items in room. Not clean.

Staff very unfriendly just from check in, no towels or soap, in room had to ask for it. The bathrooms dirty, room dirtly, pillows stained. Everything just didn't look right.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. Receptionist gave us an attitude when we told him, no apology offered. Very filthy hotel!

This place is a dump. I checked in and asked for extra towels and the man at the counter got a attitude. 3 cars got broken into in the parking lot. There were cigarette burns in the mattress. I took a shower before checkout and the bathtub did not drain. No continental breakfast. Both ice machines were unplugged. No room service or maintenance. There was no one at the counter when I checked out so I put my hotel key on their desk by the computer.

Unsafe and disgusting

Very dirty, multiple hairs in the shower, dirty floors and toilet. Booked online and they didn’t have any of the rooms I booked available so I was stuck with a different room configuration. very ratty spot.

If you want horrendous service stay here. I booked a room for that night and then 2 hours later tried to cancel. The front desk person was awfully rude on the phone and hung up on me. The GM would not work with me in cancelling the room even though I just booked it less than 2 hours prior. So stay at your own risk!

I understand by this hotel is way out of whack. It was filthy. It was nasty this back room. The key cards didn’t work at Ruiz. They were overbooked. They were the inside of the hotels nasty just a bad situation Oregon.

The desk clerk was not the friendliest. The elevator was out of service. Entering stairs, carpet and wall very dirty and place falling apart. Hallway smelled of weed. Opening our door, the Oder of the room was of sweaty feet and mildew. Extremely dirty carpet, stained and not sure if washed sheets. Worst place I’ve ever had to stay in my life thank god we were only here about 6 hours to sleep. I can’t believe it’s even open and it shouldn’t be able to be on Travelocity. My mistake for not reading reviews, was in a hurry. Don’t stay here!!! Now the wait to see if we’ll end up with some illness. It’s that bad!

Do not stay here. The guy that checked me in friendly everything else was horrible. Elevator out of service for who knows how long. The stairwell and hallways stink. When you enter you disgusting room you'll be grated with water on the floor, pubes in the tub and floor, hair everywhere. No cable on the dirty TV but no need for that plenty of entertainment in the parking lot with the lady screaming at a guy while holding her kid that she wouldn't preform vacuume like services on him while the employee on duty has a good laugh about it. The chair in my room was so dirty I used the towel to sit on it. Do not stay here and if you a single lady run sleep in your car it's safer and cleaner.

Smell smokies and stinks not cleaned. Smell molded.

Good things: 1) very low cost; 2) desk manager nice and polite; 3) close to highway. Not-so-good things: 1) I was in a smokefree room that smelled like a smoking room; 2) the bedspread had cigarette holes burnt into it; 3) the continental breakfast had not been set out when I left at 7:20 AM.

Upon checking in at almost midnight, I immediately knew this was going to be bad just based on the condition of and clientele in the lobby. Once I got to my room, it took all of 30 seconds for me to quickly assess and then turn right back around, go to the front desk and let them know I was not staying in that hotel. The walls in the room were literally falling apart with drywall and spackle peeling and laying on the floor. There was disgusting grime and stuff (?) all along the tv wall on the carpet, and filth on the bathroom floor and all around the toilet. Bugs flying around the room, and brown (looked like rust) stains on the sheets. Not a single towel or wash cloth in the room (that one made no sense to me). I was able to find a better hotel up the road, and thankfully they had a room available at that time of night, otherwise I would have slept in my car. I literally left this place and took my chances on another hotel as a walk-in. The only upside is that the manager did give me a full refund. But I had to go back and talk with them the next day about it because the kid working the desk at midnight did not have the authority to issue refunds. If there’s a definition of roach hotel, it would be this place.
