The location is super central. The apartment is clean and has everything that you need. There is also parking available.

There is only one reason , that I can't recommend this place. That ugly stinky smell from the Asian restaurant under the balcony. It is like you live in the restaurant. Especially the smell in bedroom and in the WC was unbelievable. And this why this wonderful place lost the most of the points .

Az apartman kiváló helyen van. A közelben sétával több nevezetesség elérhető. Az apartman közelében számos szórakozóhely, étterem, üzlet található. Az, hogy az apartmanhoz mélygarázsban parkolóhely rendelkezésre áll nagyszerű lehetőség. A szoba modern berendezésű, a konyha jól felszerelt. A szállásadóval a kapcsolatfelvétel könnyen ment, a kulcsok átvétele személyes találkozás útján történt.

Hétvégén a környék kicsit zajos a szórakozóhelyek miatt, de ez számunkra nem jelentett problémát, ha valaki csendes helyre vágyik, probléma lehet.

Locatia este excelenta, chiar in centrul orasului. Pe noi, GPS-ul ne-a dus in spatele cladirii dar gazda - un tip tanar, foarte cumsecade, bun vorbitor de engleza – a venit dupa noi si ne-a condus. Pe o raza de cateva sute de metri gasesti multe restaurante, unele traditionale, foarte bune, gasesti market-uri, la 7 minute de mers pe jos este cel mai important nod de transport din Budapesta, Deak Ferenc de unde poti sa iei orice mijloc de transport catre orice loc. Parcarea este intr-un garaj subteran, absolut securizata. Studioul este curat, confortabil, miroase frumos! (ventilatoarele din bai sunt acoperite ca sa nu vina mirosul de la restaurante, asadar se tine cont de review-uri), asternuturile si prosoapele sunt curate, proaspete. Nu ne-a deranjat zgomotul in mod semnificativ. Am gasit apa si suc in frigider ceea ce a fost un gest frumos. Are facilitati de gatit (nu le-am folosit ca sa fac aprecieri), are aparat de cafea si ne-a lasat capsule de cafea ceea ce apreciem. Daca vreti mic dejun, se serveste la restaurantul de la parter. Studioul este excelent, l-am recomandat deja prietenilor si familiei. La pretul pe care l-am platit, a fost chiar o oferta buna.

In mod obiectiv, nu pot sa spun ca nu mi-a placut ceva

- same as the pictures - everything clean - fully equipted including dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffe machine/even coffee capsules/ - perfect location /everything is max 10 minutes of walking/ - we really enjoy mornings on the terrace with croissants from the bakery right under the apartment - private parking in the garage in the price - we could pay in € - helpful owner - little bit noisy on the weekend but we expected it because of the bars nearby, but nothing to worry about really - definitely recommend to our friends!

There is some noise because of the bars during night hours, but we were ok with it.
