Clean, modern and fresh. The facilities ie pool and sauna. In room kitchenette and washing machine was excellent.

Bed was old, you could feel the springs. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower leaked water everywhere. Bathroom shower was dirty and not clean Cupboards were broken 1 tv didn't have a remote 1 light switch was broken and you couldn't turn off some lights Overpriced and definelty not 5 stars Room service did not happen entire stay

Room was not real clean. Dirty marks on the coffee table, lounge and stove. Bathroom mirror chipped, basin in bathroom was not big enough and shower looked rusty and old

Comfortable Great service from staff Easter decorations and we got a kinder surprise egg when we checked in!!

Parking was not available due to the Easter show and a concert however the man who we were speaking with over the intercom quickly ran out to grab our bags so we didn’t have to walk far with them and also advised us of the nearest alternative parking option which was only a 2-3 min walk from the hotel

Staff were extremely helpful and the location was central for our stay
