Property was very clean with modern furniture (including a high-tech automated toilet) and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to many attractions, on a street with lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the Plains of Abraham. The absence of full-time front desk staff takes some getting used to but the staff responded promptly to requests by phone.

Loved the cleanliness and modern feel. Did not like not having a concierge on site or a shower door enclosing that space. Fabulous location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Ophélia in February 2024. The room was immaculate, very comfortable bed, and had all the modern amenities. The fancy toilet with so many options was a surprise and my husband quite enjoyed all the techy controls in the room. Although there is no front desk personnel, staff quickly responded via text to any questions or requests. The hotel is in an ideal location, a short walk to the Old City. We would certainly stay here again when visiting.

The hotel itself was clean and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a good night’s rest. There were two restaurants: Ophelia and L’Atelier. While we didn’t dine at Ophelia, we did have oysters and cocktails at the L’Atelier, and everything was tasty and fresh. To note, the hotel does not have a lift, so access was only via two steep flights of stairs. There was also no on-site service. That wasn’t a problem except when we discovered our tv was not working. The picture lagged severely and the airplay function did not work. We messaged the hotel but they didn’t get back to us until we had checked out. It was too bad as we had wanted to stay in after a snowy day and watch a show or movie.

We loved The Hotel Ophelia. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) were fabulous. The staff was extremely kind (the restaurant manager and our early morning bag assistant definitely went over and above). My only problem was no elevator in the building. Even without it, I still would come back but would request a lower floor. It was a wonderful experience and the location was perfect.

Fantastic location & nice modern room with helpful staff. However it is located above a noisy nightclub/ restaurant that can be quite loud at night.

Property was clean, nice restaurant easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Was not aware of no elevator which was inconvenient for us to carry our luggage up to our room. Room was small.

Property is well maintained and room was very clean and in great shape. We are older couple and for our taste there were too many electronic conveniences, but that is 21st century after all :-) we had good laughs with lights and toilet controlled by small touch screen. This place is definitely one of the best we ever stayed in. We will be back
