We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Vjay and his wife Bella were amazing. When we opened the room, there are free bottled water, canned Brisk tea, chips and chocolates. It was very thoughtful of them. Hotel is strategically located, not too far from the tourist spots. We really appreciate that both parking and pedestrian entrance is locked/gated, i.e. requires key card to open. Felt really safe. Room is spacious too. Highly recommended!

Great location, gated, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The staff made our trip more interesting with his advice & tips about the city ,supermarkets ,shops,restaurants bars are within distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

The bed was comfy. Or maybe I was too tired every night. And also it offered a mini water bottle and a cup of coffee per guest (better than nothing).

Everything else! Mainly the fact that I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and when I got there the manager/owner or whoever that was on the front desk, said they overbooked and they only had 1 bed bedrooms available. I hate sharing bed and I booked 2 beds! And because of their mistake I had to. He was also very rude and ironic when I started complaining and said if I wanted to go somewhere else I could go (it was freaking midnight!) and if I wanted to complain I had to call booking.com, even though it’s not booking’s fault that they were stupid enough to overbook the 2 bed room. Actually I think they were not stupid, they were just trying to steal people’s money and offering less than what they paid for. After a long time of discussion and complaints he agreed to give me $30 back (from the $290 - 3 nights reservation) which was ridiculous! $10 discount/night for getting one less bed than what I asked for and still putting me through a freaking stressful situation? Besides that the shower had no light, so you had to shower with the curtain open to get some light from the toilet. The water kept giving you jets of SUPER HOT or SUPER COLD water during your warm shower. There was a huge hole on the door of the kitchen cabinet which made me stay away from that area even though I originally intended to use it. The location is really horrible. Far from everything and it rained when I was there so in front of the property it was all muddy and puddles.

like the affordability, that the room had a full fridge and stove to make food.

rooms were outdated. the showers didn’t look nice to shower in but the water was hot so it worked.

nothing I can think of, except I think the exterior color of the buildings is well-kept, but to sedate and boring for New Orleans....looks like a decor that would fit in the Desert Southwest of the USA, but not so much NOLA....brighter, even Mardi Gras colors would be more appropriate for NOLA.

They had roaches, the room was not clean, and the shower didn't work properly. The staff was rude and disrespectful to me. They tried to come in the room without knocking.
