It was peaceful, calm, staff were pleasant, great parking, security and it's dog friendly
It's a little overpriced and some of the kitchen cupboards smelled mouldy. I expected the room to be a little bigger. The food wasn't great.

The room was clean, spacey and we'll equipped.
We were there in January - it was a bit cold in the room with limited options to heat it up as there is only an AC.

Convenient for the airport. Good size room with a balcony with a reasonable view. Very helpful and supportive staff. There were some facilities for cooking, but no tea or coffee. Also the facilities in basement we didn't get time to use. Great TV etc facilities, however.
Had to get the bedding and towels changed as they hadn't been since previous users.

Reception staff is helpful and nice. They helped me get uber to the airport with a fair fare. The room is spacious. Hot water is sufficient. Electrical kettles, cookwares, utensils can all be found inside the room. The room service is quick to request.
The room may not be used for a while. The air and floor in the bathroom is dusty. You can easily cross the waist level fence to the balcony next door. That is a slight concern.

The staff at the property was quite friendly and responsive. The rooms were quite spacious and had all the facilities, including heating plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery. Overall, the property seemed to be well maintained. When food was ordered, it came promptly and one did not need to remind them.
1. Toilets could have been cleaned better (when I checked into the room, I found some stains on the rim of the pot)
2. They should provide tea bags/ coffee sachets/ milk powder sachets in the room, as well as hand tissues
3. They should automatically replace the soap and toileteries on daily basis
4. One had to order food, including breakfast, into the room. A common dining area can be considered in future.

Highly recommend, staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. My partner and I stayed here twice in two weeks as we needed to be close to the airport. Both times we had no issues. About 15 to 25 mins to airport depending on traffic. There isn't really and restaurants within walking distance that are good, but catch a 3 to 5 minute tuk tul to Ambience Mall and at the top level There are restaurants.

I was sceptical about booking a hotel in Delhi as I found a lot of fake reviews, but ZEN Studios was a pleasant surprise. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is a queen size. TV in the room. Good location for airport stopovers. The area is a 3 to 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Ambience Mall, which is a big modern shopping centre that has a whole level dedicated for restaurants and take out (we went to Daryaganj Restaurant and was amazing and authentic). You could walk to Ambience Mall during the day, but the staff recommended to get a ride, as the main road is very busy. It's close to airport.
