No lift

Nothing, however the distance to my family function was near.

Everything is bad, the heater has timing. But everytime we were to shower the heater is always cold and it’s off most of the time. We have no choice but to shower under cold water during the rainy days. There were chewing gum that was stacked underneath the head rest. The sink was freaking clogged and they can’t do anything about it. They basically don’t care about the customer satisfaction. More like you stay or get out of the place that’s it.

So far so good. Near to shop lot to grab the food.

Water heaters do not function well. Only get solved after complaining to the counter. Air-cond not as cold as the temperature. The room doesn't have a window and all uses warm light.

simple check in check out. Staff polite and nice. easy access to food. good for short stay. Water pressure was good but no hot shower. The shower really safe the day

room was super basic. bed too hard and no extra pillow. Don't expect comfort sleep.

A very impressive and pleasant staying compared to any other previously experiences in other accommodations. A rather strategic location with convenient stores and hawker centres within walking distances. Comfortable and clean rooms with external windows attached is a big credit to the staying. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth for our next staying in future again. Thank you.

1) The location is okay which got oldtown white coffee and korean fried chicken downstairs 2) The AC working nicely 3)The female staff during my check out is awesome and polite as she noted the problem that arise during my stay.

1) The TV location is too far from bed 2) TV not operational 3) Lamp inside toilet is broken 4) Male staff is kinda rude bit toward other client that complaint during my check in, which he just told the client to complaint at website with condescending tone which at very least he could say nicely.

Please put a lift for guest

My luggage is heavy and i have to climb a stair to the second floor. I'm tired because i have heart problem.
