Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Rum Shed ist aus unserer Sicht das beste Restaurant. Das Stars (auch Frühstück-Restaurant) hat eine sehr grosse Karte und die Speisen sind alle gut bis sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer hat, für 5*, noch Luft nach oben. z.B. war der Badezimmer Spiegel während des ganzen Aufenthalt dreckig. Der Boden war nie ganz sauber. Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind allesamt unbedingt zu erneuern. Im Fitnessstudio muss das Crossfitgerät ersetzen werden. Im Stars war der Service teilweise sehr chaotisch.

Personal incl. Resortmanager sehr freundlich. Besonders Mr. vishal ist sehr professionell. Resort im Prinzip super .

Essen extrem teuer und teilweise nicht besonders gut : Eine kleine Portion Sushi saschimi lachs ( 80 gramm ) über 30 Euro !!! Romantischer Grillabend am Strand....kann man vom Essen her vergessen. Allgemein sind das Essen und die Getränke viel zu teuer ...bei einer eher dürftigen Leistung....schade Auch der angebotene Transfer mit dem Hotelauto zum Flughafen ist mit 150 Euro überteuert.

El servicio de playa, la preocupación de todos para que estemos bien. La playa, el hecho de tener a disposición kayak, Padel... Hubo varios problemas de habitaciones, de servicio... pero todo resuelto super bien. Reaccionan bien.

El restaurante muy malo a nivel de servicio. La comida buena, pero el personal entre lo que no entiende y lo que no hace. Incluso cuando hay un problema, les cuesta solucionarlo.

The staff are friendly.. very good room service.. they respond fast.. I dont have to ask them to clean my room .. they did everyday.. I liked their night gesture with the chocolate and the bedtime story.. It has really one of the best employees and they know how to treat their guests nicely.. It’s highly recommended

We spent 10 days at Shanti Maurice as a family of six and have nothing but positive things to say. The Shanti Villa was not only spacious and well-equipped but also offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we felt very comfortable from the start. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, anticipating our every need. We would especially like to highlight Amal, who took care of all our wishes with great attention and always discreetly in the background. His dedication truly made our stay unforgettable. We were also impressed by the excellent, welcoming service in the restaurant and the various dining venues. The breakfast was abundant and offered a good selection of fresh and high-quality dishes every day. The hotel facilities, especially our pool and the spa area, were simply stunning. We were able to relax wonderfully and leave the everyday behind. The beachfront location is ideal, the water crystal clear, and there are plenty of loungers for all guests. We particularly enjoyed the long walks along the expansive beach – it was just delightful to discover a new piece of paradise every day. A small suggestion for improvement would be the tennis courts, which could use a bit of renovation and care. We also recommend that future guests rent a car to better explore the beautiful island of Mauritius. There are so many hidden gems to discover on your own. Following a recommendation, we booked a 7-seater with Holiday Mauritius Car Us Ltd. Excellent service at an unbeatable price – the car was delivered to the hotel and picked up again according to our wishes at no extra cost. Again, we encountered extremely friendly and attentive staff. Overall, our 10 days at Shanti Maurice were an unforgettable vacation, and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"
