There is no way for a person of my height I’m 6’1 can use the bathroom no legs room extremely small toilet wall no leg room unless ur a toddler that was my main irritation with my stay

The water pressure was great. The view was nice. The bed was too soft and the frame was a piece of wood that we kept kicking with our toes. The front desk had no extra pillows and she didn’t even attempt to look for some. Inconvenient parking.

The host was wonderful! The rest not great. Cleanliness over all was horrible. We had someone staying above us and could hear every sound. Very convenient for location. Walking path to beach about 10 min from so many attractions. Deserves a second chance

The view and the location was amazing. The room smelled really strong of cleaner and the floor was really sticky. There was also a couple little red stains on the comforter.

The pictures and description of this hotel online were VERY deceiving. Although the room was clean when we arrived, it was VERY small, especially for what we paid. The blind on our window was broken and we noticed another one where several slats were visibly broken. There were mixed reviews online and we definitely should have believed the lower scores. For the price (or a small amount more)we could have done much better.

Extremely strong Chemical Pine Sol-like cleaning smell. It made us sick. We tried to keep all the windows and door open for an hour or so. It made us nautious and gave us headaches. Horrible

For the amount of money you pay for this place, it's not worth it—there is no A/C in the room, and the room smells musky. Everything in the room is old. The table on the balcony is so rusty you can't use it. I understand you are next to the ocean, but with what they charge, they should be able to change the tables and update the rooms. The view was beautiful, though, and relaxing. I would add photos, but they're on my phone at the moment, not on my computer.

New manager was great. But still repair issues and staff issues that need ti be addressed.

Dog barking the whole entire night. No ac should be more like 50 dollars a night.

The view from our room and deck were amazing. Being able to listen to the waves breaking all night was such a gift. The staff was always smiling and happy to help in any way they could. The location was convenient to local businesses and beautiful beaches. I would love to stay here again.

The office was closed with directions to call a number of a phone that was not being answered and we saw the manager literally hiding from guests. There was no option for an early check in when the rooms were clearly cleaned and ready. There was no wifi as advertised and the noise from the tv in the room next door prebented sleep until after 11pm. A partial refund or credit should have been offered. Wonderful location, horrible hospitality/management.

Avoid. They provided a room access code that didn't work and no after hours phone number. Expedia couldn't reach anyone and the motel phone goes to voice mail in the evening. We had to leave and drive another hour to the nearest hotel with vacancy. The staff was completely unapologetic and provided no explanation when replying to my messages days later. I can't say much about the state of the rooms since we couldn't get in.

So lovely!!! We loved our stay. The view of the beach is unbeatable. The rooms were perfect.

The cabin was as pictured. Upstairs bed was comfortable, living room had lots of space even with the sofa bed pulled out, and the whole unit was clean. Bathroom was small because the cabins are older, but the kitchen was so welcome after a few nights in cramped hotel rooms. We watched the sunset from the big picture window each night and were able to see the low tide from our window and walk down the stairs to the beach in the morning. The manager (Rebecca) was fantastic and told my daughter how to find clams at low tide, which was the highlight of her trip. Other beaches and towns were within 5-20 minute drives, so the location was perfect.

From opening the front door I knew this was a dump. Top of door stuck and it wouldn't latch properly. Thankfully there was a security chain because two nights in a row the very loud partying neighbors got confused and pushed the door open in the middle of the night. The only reason they didn't land in bed with me was the chain on the door. I could keep going but it went down hill from there. Can't believe how much I paid to listen to two nights of a raging party with screaming kids.

Give it a miss- this place is in serious need of repairs. Some new furniture pieces don’t make up fir the overall poor condition of this place. Seriously- the wiring must need an upgrade because we couldn’t run the microwave when anything else was plugged in. The views are spectacular, right on the ocean. The room is a bit small, rundown, dirty, and basic. We’ve stayed in much better rooms for half the price, but not with this view.

Location was great. Beautiful views from the deck. Condition of room was meh. Coffee maker and no cups pretty much sums it up.

Room is nice, great views! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen lacks necessary items, bring your own kitchen items if you like to cook. Two pots, no matching lids. Only 1 bowl, 1 glass, not stocked. No can opener, no dish soap, no sponge or scrub brush for dishes. Required to clean didhes or $20 fee.

Yes there was sand in are room but that is totally expected because we are on the beach lol so I don’t mind sand at all so no worries there. I enjoyed this day. Everybody was very nice respectful I love that little town. I definitely will be coming back again again to the same place, so keep up the good job.

I enjoyed the location, the beautiful view, and the parking availability. The receptionist was very kind, too. The room wasn't super clean but it was fine. We couldn't get the cable to work on the tv so that was a bummer. Additionally the walls are unfortunately paper thin and my neighbor was incredibly loud the entire stay.

Very poor property. No AC in the rooms, requested a fan didn’t get it. Poor security, window relies on a removable piece of wood to prevent it from being opened from the outside. No hotel service whatsoever the three nights I stayed here. No new towels or any type of clean up. The room is like a drum. Upstairs people stayed up late every night, past midnight, making plenty of noise. Every noise is amplified into the lower rooms. Same people were up and making tons of noise agin every morning starting @ 4:30. Impossible to sleep. Mattress was misshapen and would cause us to be forced to the outer edges as if we were sleeping on a mound. The only good thing I can say about this property is the ice machine worked well.

Floor was dirty, table was dirty, sand on floors, wall outlet cover broken. Bed was too soft. Room was very small.

Quiet beach motel with views, kitchen option quiet town beautiful beach

We were told it would be a contactless check-in, and were fine with that. The room was fairly clean aside from food in the fridge from the previous guests. The balcony shows signs of age with some rust, but overall, the room was in good condition. The bed was soft and the air was cool with the sound of the waves. I can't remember the last time I slept so well. No noisy neighbors. It was the least expensive hotel of our trip, yet the most comfortable with the least hassle. We would definitely stay there again.

A very old and tired motel. Furniture looked like rejects from the Salvation Army, broken blinds, a door lock that didn't lock, visible water damage with mold under the flooring in the bathroom, shower curtain with mold at the hem, build up of dirt and debris along the baseboards, chipped and worn floor in the main room, and the mattress had seen better days. This was a non-smoking room but the bathtub had cigarette burns and there was the lingering smell of tobacco in the room. The bed frame was held together with 2 foot sections of 2x4 screwed to the outside. No one onsite, all was done via text message. When I finally got ahold of someone about the door they did come out to fix. The photo on the website may be from a different floor or era, it certainly did not match what we found. The room did have a nice view of the water and there was a path that led to the beach.

This inn is right at and overlooking the beach. There is nothing between the unit and the walk down to the beach and all of the activity right there. It is in need of some updates and it is out of the way a bit, but even with my rating, I would stay here again.

Easy access, wonderful view and the staff were helpful

The Office was not staffed and we reserved a room online via Expedia. Registration was from a remote location via text with a code sent for room access on a keypad. The waterfront location was outstanding, with the beach steps away. However, the room itself was small and is very much an "old style" motel room that has not been updated.

Great. Room was good, and view was great.
