location was good

poorly maintained. the linen was dirty, and the toilet caused gaging at site. no lifts and we were given room on second floor and I had old parents

there was none available in the reception I was given a number to call. but that number was not responded and during checkout also none available in reception. hot water is a problem as they have only one heating rod which has to be shared

Very supportive staffs. Deepak was kind and supportive in arranging the room though it was a last minute booking.

Geyser could have been there.
