Magic Moments è un confortevole e accogliente duplex vicino al centro di Helen. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono spaziosi e accoglienti. La camera da letto al piano inferiore dispone di un bellissimo letto king size, televisione a schermo piatto e porte francesi che conducono alla veranda protetta con vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno ha una doccia walk-in. Al piano superiore troverete altre due master suite con bagno privato. Ogni camera ha un televisore, piccolo frigorifero, forno a microonde e caffettiera! C'è molto spazio in questa casa. I cuochi adoreranno la cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. Situato in posizione strategica nella comunità gated di Innsbruck. Chiama il pro shop e organizza un tee time per una partita di golf presso il campo da golf di Innsbruck. Si applicano tariffe regolari. I have never given a Bad Review. However, from the time We came into the Guard Gate, We had issues. Our Cousin's Vehicle whom I sent & confirmed via E-mail/Request was Not registered w/Us instead it was another Female guest & her vehicle. The guard instructed me to call the Rental Company as Our cousin couldn't be let in! So I had to leave message after 5pm & call again next morning & have an argument that this 1 lady was our guest & not our cousin" She finally found my E-mail w/my Information on our Cousin's name! Ceiling Fan Blades had obvious Dust to them,
First floor Bedroom has old fashioned Shag carpet, w/major stains along w/second floor bedroom & Stairway Carpet is black all need cleaning. Upon going 1st floor Bathroom, tiles that are supposed to be beige as shown in middle of walking into it, but all tiles that butt against: wall,vanity & behind the door esp, are black and the grime behind the door,Sink pop-up missing, Exhaust is blocked, & needs cleaning. No shower curtain, & missing glass on med cabinet had to call for, got shower curtain next day/my request to leave it as we didn't want anyone in, we were out & have valuables, toilet paper holder isn't removable in bathroom, TVs should have directions on Streaming wouldn't work. No Cable/other List for TV, Jacuzzi, & amenities. Icemaker leaked water into top shelf of Fridge. Beds didn't have quilts as pix. Comforters were old and worn out, No dishes,cups upstairs for food coffee Microwave etc..

This property is tucked away in a quiet community. Just on the outskirts of all the fun and excitement of Helen. We enjoyed the neighborhood. The community pool was clean and refreshing. Right outside the door was a beautiful view. The home was clean. I felt like the bedrooms were larger than expected host. The host were wonderful to work with and checked in on us. The hot tub was clean sanitized. Overall, a nice getaway for family and friends making priceless moments together.

Had everything we needed. The place was clean. We / the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Very easy access to Helen but also quiet and tucked away. The down sides for me very little water pressure in the downstairs master shower. Also would have been nice to have a couple of laundry detergent packets provided to do a load or two of laundry. But I would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the 4th of July festivities while staying in Magic Moments! The bedrooms were spacious with an en suite in each (so convenient)! The hot tub on the covered porch was PHENOMENAL as well! Nice location, just inside the Innsbruck gate. Thank you for a GREAT stay, we'll be back soon!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The cabin was conveniently located to Helen but in a quiet area. The management team were very friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and supplies were adequate. We only had one issue with the shower downstairs and it was taken care of quickly. I would recommend staying here.

Overall the house was very clean and in a very convenient location to downtown. The downstairs bedroom and bath need some updating, it is a little dark and dreary with old shag carpeting. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were bright, clean and spacious. We had some problems with water pressure. One of the upstairs showers had hardly any pressure. I had called before we left home to make sure there were hairdryers in all the bedrooms because someone in another review had mentioned this. The customer service person said she thought there were. I didn't like the sound of that, so I brought one. There turned out to be only ONE hairdryer in an upstairs bedroom. When I called them, they did deliver one extra hairdryer. Everything else was great. It would be nice to have the name of the house outside, we had a little problem finding it.

Rental was very smooth. Very easy access and the cabin was just as advertised. Bedrooms were spacious and location was great! Very relaxing for a long weekend in Helen and hiking trails were worth the effort! Cabin had a strange smell upon arrival but it was nice enough outside to keep the windows open and air it out. 🙂

I would never stay here or recommend staying here to anyone Also, an animal scratching inside the wall. The TVs were a nightmare to use. There was such few glasses and silverware that weren't regular size; small. Not maintained properly!

We had a few issues. The main thing was we couldn’t get the TVs to televise the ball games the men wanted to watch.The guy that came to help said the previous people must have not logged off when they streamed the cable. GMR was very easy to work with to receive a partial refund for our inconvenience. One thing I mentioned also was there was only one hair dryer for the 3 bathrooms. They sounded as if they’ll rectify that too. The place was very clean. It looks just like the pictures.

Everything was great and all my friends loved staying here. My only suggestions would be to do some minor fixups by owner. The blinds are broken and some of the lights were not working but may just be lightbulbs. This was nothing we could not work around but thought I would let you know for the next guests.We will definitely be using your company again when we visit again.

The property is in good shape, clean, beds were comfortable and the area is safe with a nice view of Mt. Yonah from the front yard. No issues parking or coming and going through the guard booth at the entrance. Very close to town. We encountered a few issues; the couch is pushed under the counter overhang from the kitchen (meant for barstools) so my teenage son hit his head hard when he sat down. My daughter also hit her head and she is not even that tall. This can be dangerous and needs to be addressed. I would suggest pulling the couch out a foot so other people do not get hurt. The TV remote in living room was not working at first, but it worked ok once we unplugged and plugged tv back in. Two baking trays were dirty and rusted. They need to be replaced. The oven smoked up the place when we tried to use it as it seems a previous guest spilled something and it wasn’t cleaned up.

Overall a very nice property. Very convenient to dinning and fishing locations. The unit was overall very spacious for five adults. The view of the mountains are awesome. My only negatives were the master bath is very small and kitchen is a little tight. Otherwise we would rent this unit again!

Property was in a great location. Kitchen had modest supplies for meal prep, including a few pots and pans, a Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. It could use a bigger trash can, but it wasn't a big deal. We had a few issues with the air conditioning not working properly, but it was addressed promptly by management. The place could use a thorough cleaning- small things like socks and toys under furniture - and could use some carpet cleaning. Overall, our stay was pleasant. I would return solely based on how responsive property management was to our A/C concerns.

This condo was in an excellent location! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were so large ! We enjoyed the hot tub. The wood floors were immaculate. The master bedroom carpet should be cleaned, also one of the upstairs bedrooms. We had a visit from a bear and everyone was so excited !! I would stay here again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We (ages 40, 40, and 6) met my parents (65 and 70) for a long weekend together in Helen. Property was impeccably clean and had any amenities we would need. Not in downtown Helen, so it afforded some quiet and privacy, but it is also incredibly close to downtown so travel back and forth was not a problem at all. Communication with owners/managers was consistent and clear. Would certainly stay here again!
