We had a great time at the property, special place. Host was very responsive. went with young kids and had a great time. looking forward on returning!

Rental had everything you could possibly need for a family ski trip. The complimentary continental breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. The ski valet was great, and you are steps away from the village. We would walk our kids to ski school and then come back to the valet to get our skis/head to the Elkorn lift. Clean and well organized property.

We were upgraded from the original place to a unit that was much closer to the village and it was wonderful. Very clean and fully stocked. It was great.

Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very nice property. Perfect for 3-4 people. Will definitely stay here again.

Property does is amazing, location, comfort, and fabulous staff.

We enjoyed the Hyatt Residence Club. The accomidations were everything we needed. The unit was spacious with a wonderful view of the valley, perfectly located in the Beaver Creek Village, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course the Beaver Creek Resort. We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back again.

It was a great rental, but the only thing missing was air conditioning which is not spelled out in description (or I missed it). Room temp climbed into mid 80s during the day, but cooled by 11pm to a comfortable temperature. Cold by morning. Without AC, we were preoccupied with having to make constant adjustments. Would be great to have screens for the two deck doors which we needed to keep open all the time we were there. Otherwise, a great rental and great location.

Although the unit is not extremely large, the location is perfect for anyone desiring a ski experience without getting on a bus or looking for parking each day. We found the location to be especially helpful to take a quick break for lunch since it is so close to the slopes and lifts. The unit was literally across the street from the shopping and restaurants in the village area. We could not have been more pleased.

First of all, Kristin was amazing in accommodating us showing up a day early to avoid the epic storm in Denver. She and Chris were very helpful and responsive. Location is great just across a street from the main village. Very close to the market and liquor store and the ice rink. Had nice outdoor hot tub and pool setup. Kitchen well equipped. Pretty much ski in/ski out. Oddly no one could give us clear directions on that so it took some trial and error. The best part was the valet so boots and skis were kept there just outside front door so walk down in regular shoes and get boots on there. Guys who worked there did a great job and that was super easy. Your options from there are walking to the back condo (not sure of name) and taking elevator down to a ski way to Elkhorn lift. That was very easy except that Elkhorn is a pretty terrible lift. Other option was to head up the escalators through the village to Centennial which is a massive mess in the morning with all the ski school traffic. To ski in at end of day, the ideal is to come down under strawberry park lift and then you can hit Creekside Skiway to get back to the elevator. If you come from Centennial that takes a bit of poling/climbing effort. Overall highly recommended. We had an incredible week.
