I didn’t like to strong bad smell from outside the dumpster

The room overall was nice. I love the location!!! The bar is a precious gem for the property ! I will be back!!! I loved the bathroom as well

The cabinet in the kitchen was broken. The couch was worn down. There was rust on the lamps. The tv in the bedroom did not work.

Location- right on hipstrip

No housekeeping AT ALL Called housekeeping 3 days- just rang nobody answered. Reported to Resort manager but nothing changed. No housekeeping or maintenance to look at reported leaking toilet. Kitchen very poorly equipped- more pots needed Issues with security also reported to resort manager. Unprofessional security guards- drinking on the job and sexually harassing guests, following them to their rooms.

The location was relatively easy to find and central. The room amenities (TV, AC, Fridge, stove top, microwave, kettle, etc) were modern and decent. The decor was good (visually).

The room was not very clean. The furniture and pillows smelled of cigarette smoke and there were stains on the curtains. The shower handheld attachment came out the wall if the water pressure was too heavy and there was evidence it wasn't cleaned well after the last occupants (under the bed, hair in the shower and kitchen cupboards weren't clean). Also the bar counter had an awful smell.

Everything was absolutely amazing.

Everything was gr8 the housekeeper checked up on us every 2 days cause we were there for 2 weeks to made sure we we have clean towels and if we needed the room clean. The room was on lower lever and I like the walk out on it I’m definitely staying back here.

Quiet ,clean and comfortable beach location although beach was inaccessible because of covid-19 which was a bomber wish they had access for hotel visitors. Very nice and comfortable always stay at this resort love the beach view and access .

The cable in the living room was not working

The apartment was very nice and clean... Comfortable..

There wasn't any towel or soap.in room ....No internet, staff was extremely rude and did not communicate even when we tried. The lady that attend to the rooms extremely disrespectful.
