Lage ist gut in Atlanta, viele gut betuchte Gäste.
Duschschlauch unsauber befestigt, war plötzlich aus der Wand raus und das Wasser spritzte kräftig. Schrauben waren lose. Verrechnung von 35 USD destination charge pro Tag..unangekündigt, ist nicht fair. Insgesamt stimmt Preis/Leistung m.E. nicht.

The concierge granted me a 12 pm checkout. Housekeeping repeatedly disturbed me starting from 10am asking if I were to leaving. I asked the front desk if housekeeping was aware of my 12pm checkout time and she said yes. This was a pest. I will consider the Thompson next time I am on Atlanta.

I love the security it provided. Especially the elevator only goes to the designated floor you are assigned to. I love the decor and comfort it provided.
Majority of the front desk was helpful with great hospitality except one lady. The breakfast was limited to certain selection. Due to the property is there approximately a year, many of the Uber drivers and Uber eats couldn’t locate the place.

Everything was perfect about the hotel
I got in my room late so I didn’t notice the room was really dirty till the next morning hair spray can in the trash bathroom wasn’t all the way clean it just was up to par as it should have been for the price

Wifi was very patchy. No 24 hour room service - very limiting. Couldn’t get movies to work in the suite living room. No slippers to go with robes.

INTERESTING decor - EDGY, sharp, trendy - GOOD energy
I had made dinner reservations in advance - only to be contacted no less than 4 times CONFIRMING my reservation, as I did the FIRST attempt - a bit annoying - was then reminded we would have to vacate the table within a certain time period.

The beds are super comfortable and it’s nice and quiet and peaceful. Nobu restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. We didn’t eat lunch there.
The toilet paper is very poor quality. I thought Nobu could do better.

Ubers find it difficult driving straight to the lobby. Map always takes them under ground garage. But great hotel still.

Did not have breaffast
I had called ahead, also requested on booking site, for a champagne on ice to be placed in our room before arrival, for our 35th wedding anniversary, it did not happen. There was no reference of our anniversary, which was our reason for being there. We returned on Sunday at 5pm, and our room was not serviced. Sorry, we left very disappointed.

The rooms were not cleaned well (hair in bathrooms, stains on bed Linen and wash cloths). Room service was slow

Front Desk staff were incredible 💯
No turn down, no towels brought up, no confirmation of dinner resos, had to call back down multiple times to confirm, missing ceiling panel in bathroom (over tub), mini bar not stocked (2 out of 10ish snacks, called down and were told "that's all we got right now", missing selections on beer, mini singles, wine, dog left alone in suite next to us barked continuously. We were offered to change rooms, seemed out of pocket, as we followed all rules and regs. Was told security would handle it, no changes even late night. Pool closed. All small things, but they added up. Having stayed and worked for luxury hotels, this fell way short. Over $4k for 3 nights. Ended up checking out a day early. Recounted experience to the FD as we were leaving, response "I hope you'll give us another try." I own 3 restaurants and a hospitality consulting firm, my time off is precious. This was our annual Father Daughter trip, and my daughter requested NOBU. Still zero communication from the property. This is a tough one to pay full price for, and to "try again." Definite "miss" for us.

Nice decor, cool elevators. AC that was noisy was dealt with next morning by moving me to a different room. Staff was nice but seemingly not seasoned.
Location was hard for almost all Ubers to find. Staff gave poor directions on how to navigate to drive thru area for drop off. Seems like it’s the novel hotel for the moment with ‘events’ occurring daily poolside. Hotel does not serve food or drink poolside. Restaurant does not serve lunch and even breakfast I was told the kitchen had closed at 10:15am when I went down for a late breakfast. Bathroom shower has no step and as a result, water pools into bathroom unless you put a couple towels down. Room service needed to be requested. I was gone from 10-1:30pm and had to request room service-found out later soap was missing from bathroom.

GPS carried me into parking garage
You guys have little or no signage as how to get to Valet extremely frustrating. When I called lobby and they said level 3 was hotel parking then still no signage to Valet parking.
On checkout needed change for 100.00 could not help me due to manager not there yet.when I asked for help with luggage on checkout morning it took 10 minutes fro them to answer if they had help!!!! I realize everyone has help shortage but with the prices u demand on room and food y’all should pay them as so to have proper staff. Not sure if I’ll come back and I’m in Atlanta several times a year!!

Lobby area - great. Sheldon who checked us in was great.
It felt unfinished. A lot of kinks in a newer hotel. Rooftop pool felt bland, the bar was not yet open which was a huge drawback, no music. Rooms were okay, I would just expect more for the “name” of Nobu. Bathroom shower floors were very slippery, almost fell multiple times. No matter what we did when we showered, water escaped and soaked up the towel we used as a mat. Shampoo and soap dispensers in bathrooms did not work. No full length mirror in the room. There were multiple occasions we called to have more water delivered or an ironing board and it never came and we had to call again. So much potential for this hotel but again, expected much more for a Nobu hotel.

Stylish and modern; all staff were very nice and accommodating
No pool bar or any food/beverage options during the day (open for breakfast and then at 5pm).
Can be tricky to find as it took over some of the Phipps plaza parking garage.

Hotel was new and sparkling clean!
Staff were friendly but as a guest, we didn’t feel like they were eager to go out of their way to please. This was disappointing because we had stayed at several Nobu Hotels in Asia where service excellence was the norm.
Bathroom amenities were not provided; we had to ask for them. That’s fine, since we understand the need to be cost-efficient. But we felt that the reception staff should have pre-advised us at check-in or they could’ve put up little notices in the rooms that all we had to do was ask for them.

There was no service by the pool, we were told we had to go and buy our own drinks and food to bring in as there were no staff. It would have been nice if they’d told us this before our stay as we had come to relax around the pool. We’ve stayed at a few Nobu hotels and this one certainly let them down which was a shame.
