Right from check in, the looks given by front line Staff, time taken for check in process, the room size, the bed sheets, towels all of poor quality. One writing table One Chair, there was room for one more Chair. The Shampoo, Soap too inferior quality. I have taken a decision, never step into "OYO". As simple as that.
