We wish the hot tub was in working order. Brandon, Dave and Tina are wonderful at customer service!

It was convenient but for a Hampton I expected more as they are usually very nice. The employees that work at the front desk were super nice and friendly which made the stay worth it.

The room was great and close to front desk. Assessable room that I liked. Both great cuz I have mobility issues. The computers were all down because of a storm. But I can’t hold that against them. They were very accommodating.

Card reader for rooms did not function was very inconvenient having staff member let us in our room. Breakfast area too small was packed had to go to McDonald's for breakfast. We won't be back.

I have a huge pet peeve when it comes to hotels and the hot tubs being broken. The hot tub was closed for repairs our entire stay. We look forward to the hot tub after a long drive or long day of sightseeing. People pay for the hot tub as part of their stay. Make sure it’s working. Witnessed a staff member question an African American hotel guest as to what his room number was during breakfast as if the hotel guest came in off the street to get free food. The man came down in the elevator. Turned into a loud verbal argument where man demanded to see manager. The hotel guest was highly offended as he should have been. Embarrassing for hotel and hotel guests to have to witness. Below average breakfast. Had to ask for towels. No reason to stay here with plenty of other options in area.

Clean and comfortable accommodations and nice room amenities: plentiful liquid shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion; hair blow dryer; ironing board and iron, small room refrigerator with tiny freezer; wide screen TV; very comfortabpe bed mattresses, 4 pillows per bed, an extra blanket available, blackout curtain; two soft seat cushions in addition to desk chair, nice counter space, extra outlets and pull-out nightstand extension for electronic device charging. Very nice full breakfast. Friendly staff. Attractive facility grounds. Near-airport location.

The beds were AMAZING! When you travel frequently the beds are a huge part and I think they were bed than the one at home!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating with our needs!! We will be back next year for the HD homecoming and hope we can stay again!!

The amenities are great and the hotel is in a convenient location (distance) to the airport and downtown, but not necessarily local restaurants. Skip the other Hilton branded hotels that will offer you less amenities at a higher price.

The bed was not comfortable . The pillows were rather small. We could hear footsteps in the room above like the floors was made of wood and I that can’t be true but the noise level was that noticeable

I forget rhe young lady's name that assistited at check in working overnight shift! She was incredibly nice and professional. Another staff member that stood out was Daniel! Enjoyed our stay at your hotel!

Employees were so friendly and went out of your way to make sure I’ll love your needs were met and you had a great day. I was disappointed in the fact that I had two rooms with a jointing door. There was another family that extended their stay another night so they left them stay in those rooms. Therefore I did not get what I requested. There was no more rooms with a jointing door available.

There was a giant booger on our shower curtain and they removed our personal belongings from the room before we had even checked out

Interesting choice for earlier trip departure. Close to the airport and the hotel shuttle starts at 5:00 am which is very convenient .
