Property is in the midst of a major renovation and the rooms were not finished. This should have been disclosed in the ad on this website. The room was about 50% furnished. No TV, No Dresser, No Closet. Very spartan and could not stay there as my wife always unpacks completely and uses the dresser and closet every time we travel. We had to cancel this room and check into another place nearby at a higher price since it was last minute. Might be nice in a few weeks but right now, NOT GOOD!!!!!

All brand new updated room. Super clean. Super friendly. The staff was super nice. They even upgraded me to a Jacuzzi tub

Spoke with two staff prior to coming up and neither said the hotel was under construction. The room had only two canister lights working, in the bathroom and entry. Did not stay for the two nights that were booked.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like she was in bad mood. Other than that the place was nice, there was some work being done in the office it was a bit messy but it’s understandable.

My review would be much different if we had been there AFTER the renovation of all the rooms. The hotel is under new management and it appears they are giving it a new look. During our stay, however, there was no furniture except for beds. There were clean towels and toiletries.

Housekeeping came in 1 of 4 nights, the windows clearly had been pried open in the past, not even a glass or cup in the bathroom. Bathroom sink is too stylized, very awkward to use and also backs up. Horrible.

The hotel was being renovated. No furniture in the room, no closet or hangers, no pillow cases on the pillows. Dirty bedspread with holes in them. No toilet paper holder. No shelf for soap in the shower. No ironing board. I asked to speak with the manager and he wasn’t available, I gave my number and he didn’t call me. There was construction noise starting at 8 every morning. It was dirty with debris all around the facility

We arrived and were told we had a new mattress. What the hotel summary DID NOT show was the current condition of the grounds - the entire hotel was being renovated and no furniture in the room (lamp, desk, chair, sofa) other the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever seen. As used a 3rd party for reservation, I was also told I could not cancel. The A/C unit was wonky, and the "breakfast" consisted of some stale bagged pastries and yogurt. DO NOT STAY HERE for at least 4-6 months (we were there in mid-Aug)!

WORST EVER! Old, dirty stained furniture. THE ENTIRE ROOM SMELLED. I dont know what was flung up on the celing but it was brown. Withinn the 1st 30 muns i had to call for batteries, light bulbs ans clean towles. Freeway made the morning noise early. After looking at their website... they were charging less there than on Hotels.com. which was baffling. When loading one of my two bags in the car in the morning... within 5 mins my other bag was stolen from the doorway. Police called but the camera pointed toward the room was all for show. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANYONE!

Under renovation so not perfect but great customer service and the Roku tv puts them in a league of their own, ahead of the times! They also have breakfast, which was adequate, but, the coffee? Unbelievably, surprisingly good. I mean absolutely surreal, the coffee was. Solid 4 out of 5 stars, we enjoyed the quiet, humble accommodations, just wish we had taken the time to take a dip in the pool. Thank you guys, look forward to seeing the update when it’s finished!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Seemed as if the entire hotel was in disarray with mattresses in the lobby and random furniture pieces all around the hotel. Very odd. Nonetheless, it was one night and will not be returning if I had a choice.

The hotel was under construction and I was not aware of this. I booked the hotel a couple of months ago on expedia.com (hotel.com). I use to stay here all the time. It is my understanding the hotel was sold two months ago. The staff was great. I look forward to staying there after the renovations

Property not the same as in the pictures. Its ok not great. Bathroom was decent.

Mistakes in check in, very outdated furnishings, and general uncleanliness of the room and property lead us to not even stay. We left after an hour.

this is a run down property with weeds growing in the parking lot and bed mattresses standing along the walkway along the entire backside upper floor. sofa in the room is beat up. tables and chairs in the room couldnt be sold in a garage sale for more than $10 each.

I come here to relax and getaway and enjoy the spa bath tub it was great and relaxing as always haven’t had a bad room yet.

Outdated, and filthy. The refrigerator had a brown liquid, microwave was dirty, room was filthy, bed linens had stains and the room smelled like mold and cigarettes. We immediately left and booked another hotel down the street. Surprised Expedia had this place as an option. Do not recommend.

The room was awful. Huge mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room has a stale smell. They had a truck on blocks in the parking lot. Ice machine was slimy and disgusting. We sent you an email with pictures and still no reply.

This rooms looked like they are maintained by a total dyi staff that doesn't know what a hotel room should look like. The amenities were dated or outdated. My staff told be his room was dirty, including rodent droppings in the dresser drawers. I was close to the laundry room which ran loads during the night. The noise was terrible. Also, the breakfast hour started at 7:30, which was late since we were there on business. So, we had to get a McDonalds on the way to the job.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at Executive Inn, Morgan Hill. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Though the amenities were basic, the overall experience was satisfactory for a short visit.
