Pool wasn’t open for the listed hours, smelled like pee, staff was unfriendly , they were rude, the outside had trash all around , I was very unhappy

Breakfast was completely empty again well before the end time. I have had this happen on 3 of my last 4 visits with Americinn properties. I'm just going to look elsewhere with Breakfast included.

Checked in at 2 pm and had to pay an early checking fee. Had to give a deposit also. Haven’t had this before.

I requested a room with good electrical outlets for my CPAP machine and I was given an accessible room, it was perfect. A little noisy from the loud televisions on either side, but I slept very well in the comfortable beds. Even the coffee pods tasted great during my stay! I told the concierge my only complaint was the slow drainage in the shower. The shortage of plastic utensils on my second morning was a shock, as was the absence of scrambled eggs! These things happen I suppose, but knowing the amount of guests you have ahead of time should have given staff plenty of time to prepare. I was also happy that the pool was open during all the ongoing maintenance work! Thank you. I quite enjoyed my stay! Regards, Lionel

Good hotel. Breakfast had waffles, a rotating hot item (sausage + eggs, biscuits and gravy), yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal.

It smelled terrible, the pool was not usable with how dirty and nasty it looked. The AC unit worked like crap. Had it on the lowest temp of 60 to even make it close to acceptable. Never staying at Americinn again! I had a cheaper price for the hotel through my work discount and they would not give it to me!

This facility is going through paint job and room smell fresh paint, corridors were being painted when we were there so it was inconvenient to get in and out. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic.

Possibly the worst hotel experience in 20 years, chiropractic care cannot come soon enough

Unfortunately we had a bad experience in this booking. We booked 3 days before so we were expecting everything will be going to be fine. When we arrived, the front desk check us in and gave us our key cards. One of the room that was given to us was still occupied. Someone outside one of the room was knocking in one of the room that was given to us saying there is still someone inside. We went down to the front desk and he just told us it was already clean and is ready for us. Nobody even accompanied us to check. When we opened the door someone is still inside! We go back to the front desk again telling him that the room was indeed still occupied. He just say sorry and changed the room that's it. We had kids with us as we attended a family reunion, did a long drive and are very tired at that moment just wanted to have rest but we were so disappointed with the service. Hotel was also having some renovation that day. Room was okay though.

Overpriced for the service it offers. The place was not that clean. We were given a room that stunk with smoke. Breakfast was not good and hardly any food available. Okay for a place to crash for one night but not to stay

My stay would have been okay but the room next to us had their tv on very loud until 6am. Management tried to contact the room with no avail.

Excellent value. Good hot fast breakfast included and free parking. Walk to Chianti Grill for a great Italian meal.

Friendly service. Was here for a medical appointment. Had to pay $25 to check in 1.5 hours early but not a very big deal. Room was nice and clean. Serves breakfast. Only thing though was someone was fighting outside our room at 2 am. Not the hotel’s fault but was a mild disruption given the hour.
