Free breakfast was very limited, bakery products were poor and no regular coffee.

Towels had a bad smell . And the hotel wasnt clean that much
Curtain it wasnt working imagine i i dont want to be nude . Didnt like it . They gave me the garbished room . Dont answer me oo sorrg or something is not gonna work ;)

We stayed here overnight, and initially, everything seemed great. We booked a standard king room, which already felt a bit expensive, but Boston was quite booked that weekend. Our flight was delayed, so I contacted the hotel to notify them, and they assured us there wouldn't be an issue. Check-in went smoothly. The room was spacious, and breakfast and parking were included, which was helpful since we had a rental car. The breakfast was basic but filling, though we did suspect the eggs weren’t real. A few days later, I saw a $70 charge on my credit card. After some research, I learned we were charged for an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette, which we never requested or needed. The room had only a mini-fridge and microwave, which didn’t justify the extra cost, especially since we were only there to sleep and leave. The biggest issue, though, is that we were never notified about this additional charge. There was no mention at check-in, no email, and no phone call informing us about the upgrade or the extra cost. I had to personally contact the hotel to find out why we were charged. This lack of transparency feels unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inns and never had an issue. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel because they had pictures of waffle maker in the kitchen. When we arrived for breakfast it was broken.

Our desk attendant greeted us with a smile! Room was clean and tidy ready for us when we arrived! The Welcome Cookies were a delicious surprise!

Asked for towels and said they would be sent to room. When we returned in evening they were not there. Ironically manager was on floor in next room and brought towels immediately. At breakfast there were no forks available for Saturday and Sunday. Hot food was not hot.

The property was a Hampton Inn and was as expected. Comfortable bed, good size room. Terrible water pressure, shower head was coming out of the wall, broken shelf in shower. Cleanliness was OK, found a dime and a plastic wrapper on the floor. Overall it was fine.

This hotel was the worse hotel that i stayed at. The room was small , the bed was hard , the pillows were flat and the breakfast was horrible. I payed alot of money to stay here.
The pitchers online when i made the reservation showed a pool , ( NO POOL ) showed a microwave in room, ( NO MICROWAVE ) never again. The Hampton Inn was horrible.

I had the worst night sleep I have had in a long time. There wasn’t a curtain, only a shade. It turns out that the curtain was missing and wasn’t repaired. We didn’t notice this until we went to bed. At the time there was no one at the front desk to help.

The worse part was lack of decent window coverings.
Thin white see through pull down blinds
Too much lignt coming in at night and early mornings.
Didnt feel comfortable at all knowing people can see into your room when the lights are on.

It was great for a last-minute booking loved the restaurant downstairs. The food was really delicious and the waitress very kind. When we arrived, we were told that our room would be ready for early check-in, unfortunately it was not. We had to wait about an hour, but we were able to wait in the seating area until it was ready. The best thing is they are pet friendly and it was very clean considering there were pets there so that’s a super bonus!

This stay was booked for myself and 3 girlfriends for after a concert. The morning of the trip, I received a text message indicating that the hotel had a pipe burst and I could cancel or take a 25% cost refund. Since there would likely be nowhere else to stay at such a last-minute notice, we decided to stick it out. The room was a veritable SAUNA. We kept the bathroom fan on for some kind of air movement, the windows didn't open at all, and we were all miserable trying to sleep.
To make matters worse, they charged me the full price and I had to chase down the reduced price with easily nearly an hour on the phone.

The front desk person at check in wasn't very friendly and did not offer any information about breakfast or any amenities offered. Also apparently they were having issues with the air conditioning. It was very hot in the lobby. The breakfast was good.

Expedia was at fault because the hotel did not have AC and I didnt get a call until an hour after we tried checking in. When trying to check in the hotel still wanted us to stay in a no AC room and said we would not get refunded. After talking to a manager he was able to help move us to the other side of the hotel that had AC. We got lucky because if we checked in at a later time most likely we wouldn't of had a room with AC. They have complimentary coffee in lobby but it was either empty or only decaf. Wasn’t used to staying at a hotel that was like this.

Booked a suite room and room was clean and very large. Impressed. Only negative regarding staff was at check in they tried to charge full amount to credit card instead of using it as a guarantee for incidentals when I stated I prepaid via paypal on expedia upon arrival.

Not a great Hampton Inn. The standards were way below other Hampton's. The room was dated, the side table had something sticky on it (not cleaned properly), the bedside lamp wasn't working, the shampoo & shower gel bottles were empty and the bathroom was only surface cleaned. The corners had dirt in them, the show had pink mold in the corners so had not been properly cleaned. The elevator was disgusting inside finger marks and smelly. Really disappointing for the price. I'll give this place a miss in the future.

My second day I asked for some coffee packs for the room. The person at the desk stated they were out and that she would have the manager order some ??? Really, what about new guests...the next morning the coffee dispenser (both) was out of coffee. I mentioned something to the girl at the desk. She seemed annoyed that I was bothering her. NOT a guest focused staff. disappointing to say the least

Perfect location for my need. Checking in was sketchy, issues with reading the cc - knew to watch my statement for duplicate charges & sure enough my cc was charged 3x’s. Hotel did refund without my having to call!
