Room was clean. All the furniture (even the fridge) were scratched or chipped. Location convenient, right off highway.

The room was not clean. Long strands of hair in the bed. Hair all over the shower and outside the tub and on the floor. Toilet was not clean or it was stained-didn’t want to look closely. Webs in corners of where the bed was. Just pretty disgusting all around sorry to say but true. We’ll never stay at red roof again, sorry. When we opened the fridge it nearly fell over. The arm rest on the desk chair was so loose it felt like it was going to come off

The manager did a great job ensuring all of it needs were met. We had a nice start and I would recommend it, and we would stay again.

We walked into the lobby and they charged our card and $50 extra. We walked to the room through a sea of cigarette butts and trash. The room smelled misty and was not conducive for my children to sleep. We checked out 10 minutes later. Didn’t touch anything. Manager was very. Wry nice and said he would refund our money but I would have to go through Hotels.com. I was on a virtual chat with “Jenny” and had waited too long between texts so she ended it. (We were visiting my daughter in college for parents weekend-I just thought I’d visit with her while I could and deal with the hotel thing later). I have not been able to reach anyone through virtual chat nor can I find anyone to talk with about my refund. I will never book through Hotels.com (or their affiliates) again.

I did not enjoy my stay. I tried to go with a cheaper option due to staying one night. Upon being in my room for under an hour I saw a centipede come out from one of the cracks in the bathroom wall. There were stains on the ceiling and there was no fridge (as listed on the posting). I would not recommend.

The location was right beside Hooters and apartments behind the motel. No coffee machine in room. For the money it sure wasn’t worth it. Room also very small. If Red Roof motels are similar I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

It was okay, floor was dirty. Sheets had old hair on it, when asked for new sheets the housekeeping person rolled their eyes and had an attitude saying they had already cleaned the room. But they did end up giving new sheets. Not the worst experience. Not the best.

Strong smell of disinfectant. Room was not made once in four nights. Old towels. $15 safe fee not disclosed—not that you should leave any valuables in the room.
This motel just to be basic but decent. Now it’s plain terrible and does not merit the price it charges. There are much better alternatives in the area for maybe a few bucks more per night.

Our hotel room was absolutely filthy. We got a deluxe double as the kings were sold out. the coffee maker was disgusting. The beds had not been cleaned under and behind the safe on the floor there was an empty drink, on the A/C unit there was a half drank ginger ale. When informed the staff stated “you booked through Expedia, not our fault” as if that had anything to do with cleanliness.

I've this is my third stay here. I'm currently looking at the bath light going off like a strobe light. I shouldn't have to walk around with dirty feet from the floor and I prefer my tub to be without hair and oily grime. Which I can only guess it to be that way because the water drains super slow. So disgusting and greasy makes it dangerous that I couldn't be coaxed into it to shower. Huge pot hole coing into the place!! Be careful.

Not clean. bathroom still had the used bar of soap and shampoo in it from previous guest. Bed was gross, hairs that most definitely were not mine on the sheets. Never coming back.

I didn't feel safe because the night we checked in, there was a police car parked in the lot. The following morning, there were 2 police cars in the lot as I checked out. People were having conversations outside our door that night. Also, there was a Hooters the next building over. I've been to other Redroof locations. One that was great and comfortable. One that was average. I'd say, this location, I've felt the most uncomfortable or uneasy about. But, overall, I do like that Redroof allows your pet (dog) to stay for free. For that, I am grateful. This is my 3rd Redroof booking. I think, mainly, my experiences has just been depending on the location.

I needed a last minute place to stay after a problem with another reservation. The room I stayed in was dirty, smelled like smoke and had a lot of broken down furniture. For the urgency I needed, it was fine. For the price in the area, it was fine. Just know what you are in for.

Counter staff was nice. Hotel property was really dirty. Trash bags and loose trash sitting around walkways. Bathroom had brown smears on the wall. No USB ports in the rooms. No real shower curtain so the floor got soaked no matter what. Surprisingly the bed was pretty decent.
