This place is disgusting. The sheets had black marks all over them. The room stunk like mildew. The window was broken and cracked all the way across the entire window with a large gap between where it was broken. The owner started cursing when I asked for a refund that I could not let my child stay in something that nasty. Will never go back and anyone thinking of staying here should go anywhere but here.

We were there for a bass tournament and The rooms are OK, but where everyone parked their boats and plug the chargers in at the outlets it kept throwing the breaker so they need to replace the breaker because we would get up in the morning and our batteries would not be charged. That was a problem that needs attention. Other that that I will stay there again if the electrical outlets are fixed.

Very low quality bed linens and pillows. Stained bath towels. No breakfast. Charged more at check in than what the reservation was for because it was the weekend of the eclipse. I booked a year in advance for approx $65/night. The owner tried to charge over $300/night then tried to portray himself a hero by only charging $100/night. I rarely leave negative reviews but I want others to be warned of this unacceptable business.

There was a mix up with my reservation through a third party company. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet.

It was a fairly clean room, no odors the only down fall was the tiny toilet, it was very low to the floor.

Good - The motel is right off the freeway with restaurants very close by. The room was spacious with a bed that was pretty comfortable.
Not good - we were given someone else's room and then the key card to our real room stopped working. Their was dried blood on the bathroom walls and on the door frame. We weren't sure if the sheets were fresh.

Website noted "free breakfast," but the hotel is claiming "No breakfast due to COVID." Seriously? EVERY hotel in the immediate area that normally offered breakfast HAS BEEN for the last calendar year. [I have made multiple visits and stayed in three other hotels within 1/4 mile of this one.] If you just don't want to do the work DON'T ADVERTISE what you don't want to do.

Toilet would not properly flush. No toilet paper i repeat no toilet paper in the room. Although after i called to complain toilet paper was delivered. No coffee pot till i complained.

This was an amazing and very economical motel. One of the cleanest, nicest small motels we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend this one to anyone passing through Russellville, Arkansas.

I ONLY booked this room because they were to have free breakfast got this morning and guess what no breakfast there are other rooms I could have booked it was cheaper and better that did not have free breakfast I chose this one only for the free breakfast and I'm 300 miles away from home have to wait an hour for my money to get here and I'm hungry this is ridiculous

At noon only a few rooms were clean- the owner and I looked through several rooms to find one that had a fridge/freezer- all the refrigerators were gone. Then after 5 tries, the room that had the “least smell” was dirty- the tub- I had to show the Hispanic lady how to clean it- as when she sprayed her cleaner on it- and swished with her glove - the caked on skin-didn’t come off (surprise)
All the towels were stained and nasty- I took a video while unrolling them from their “clean shelves”

Reserved a non smoking room, got there and lady confirmed that. She still put me in a smoking room and I have a severe asthmatic child. We switched rooms with no complications but new room, bed was not comfortable and was not level so every time I moved, the bed made a noise. Toilet also did not want to flush.
Online showed that we had breakfast but when I got there, they did not provide breakfast at all! If I would have known, I would have stayed somewhere else. Other hotels in the area are providing food. I would not recommend staying here

The room we stayed in smelled like smoke, the floor made the bottom of my feet black from dirt, don’t think it had been washed in many moons. The sheets abs coverlet had cigarette burns in them. The place was disgusting. I would never stay there again. The bright spot was the front desk person, Niki. She was personable and lovely.

It was ok, the rooms were exactly as pictured. No breakfast or in-person interactions with staff. Not enough towels, and when we asked for more were given just 1 extra. Had to move from room 119 to 105 because there were guys standing outside the door hanging out smoking at 9 pm when we arrived. Overall, just OK. Nothing memorable really.

I had a nonsmoking room that smelled of smoke. The breakfast buffet consisted of 4 honey buns and a few mini boxed cereals. It was not a pleasant stay.

We only pulled in to get some sleep. The room was really cute but the tub had hair everywhere. The check in process took seconds and the woman was really nice. When we went to check out the man wouldn't even open the door, he just scowled at me and waved me away. Based on his treatment I would not recommend this location to others.
