The place was kind of ran down. Needs updating. Had a faint smell of weed. No room service. Walls and floors very thin. Person walking on the floor above me was very loud. Clerk wasn't in office that much. Door was always closed. She wasn't very friendly either. There was also no trash cans in the room. Bed was comfortable though. It was also very noisy. Someone had dog in their room that barked loudly . Everything got quieter the later it got.

The room smelled bad

When arrived no one was at check in. But we heard two voices in the office chatting with door closed and sign placed.

You cant get any towels linin r anything,service. And when asked these items was told "this is and apartment" not to bad of a stay.. definitely not what i expected

Love the rooms, the quietness during the night. Everything was great except I wish they had a smoking table area on both ends of the building or at least had one at the back. We had a room on one side and the area is only on the other end.

We could not stay. We had to leave and to go another hotel. Appeared clean , but it had a strong unpleasant smell. Bed was clean, but sofa when unfolded, the mattress had blood stains!!

I appreciate Ms. Alysha kind and respectful approach. Very patient, and thorough with rules and regulations and answered any questions I had. Phenomenal women.

Booked on the hotels.Com app and when we got to the Hotel, they didn’t have a room available! Waste of time.

Comfortable and economical.

TV had been removed from living area...just bare wires hanging from wall. Didn't stay as they would not give me another room.

The price is right but I'll pay more next time. It's not a bad place but if you're choosing it because it's "extended stay" you need to know there are NO supplies in the kitchen. NONE. Yes, there is a kitchen but there's not so much as a coffee cup, fork or coffee maker. The air conditioner is LOUD - to the point you can't hear another person talking in the adjacent living area. And the water in the shower isn't much more than a trickle. We just spent one night there so it was satisfactory but if we'd been planning to stay more than that, we'd have moved. The price was about $80 less than the other extended stay options, so for one night, we took it, but in the future, we will opt to pay more.

The room is great, personally I feel like you get more than what you pay for. I had a disaster stay before booking this room that same day & they luckily had a room available last minute & it was so worth it!

The place was filthy… Staff was friendly though

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was outdated, falling apart, and cleanliness was okay. Had a room with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed - mattress on the sofa bed was completely awful. "Breakfast" was only provided in form of coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins and oatmeal - more of a snack bar than breakfast. Given that I paid over $150 for the room for one night I'd expect a little more.

We enjoyed our stay no complaints

The property was clean and I enjoyed the staff helping with my needs. I would only day that staff should always just check rooms that's been vaccinated for a while.

I would not choose to stay here again. The staff were friendly and the exterior looked great. However, the room felt old, outdated, and musty. Badly in need of remodeling. (Also there were zero trash cans in our room which I found strange considering it was an “extended stay” property with a kitchenette.) We were on the bottom floor. You have to go around the back of the hotel and in through a side door to get to that floor, which I didn’t like. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable here if I were traveling solo (female) but thankfully my husband was with me. The hallway REAKED of cigarette smoke. There were also dogs barking all throughout the night.

The property is infested with roaches!

No hair dryer. Back door to parking lot did not close-no need for an entry card-anyone could get in. Hand towels had some sort of chemical on them. Harsh

People smoking drugs and cigarettes. The entire floor smelled bad. Our room wasnt clean all the way. There was a nasty pregnancy test IN THE Bed and partial blunt. Not clean

Everything was wonderful! Extremely happy with the service, the accommodations, and the price.

The bed was small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was weak, stale muffins and very few options. The staff was extremely nice and professional. The laundry and snack areas were closed making it so that I had to leave the property for a soda. It just felt like a lot of money for so little enjoyment. The landline telephone didn't even work.

Lovely stay

very small parking lot and very dark. The property smelled. Stained carpet. no elevator. 1st floor is below ground level. Did not feel room was clean and comfortable to shower, Slept and then quickly left. Writing on the lamps and walls. Just a very dingy place.

Can smell the history of the place. Ceiling/floor does little to mitigate sound of movement above. Could have also just been a rambunctious bunch. Room itself decently spacious. Well equipped for an extended stay.

Staff was very friendly and the stay was very comfortable and quiet. Will definitely come back.

The property is a bit out dated.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. It looked like the bottom and side of door had gotten wet and the wood had expanded. Shower head was detached from wall. Refrigerator was dented up, but functional. No room service or breakfast because of covid. Hallway had an odor and guy in room next to me played loud music for my entire stay!! So annoying and inconsiderate!

The furniture is so out dated and don’t match! The refrigerator was rusty on the outside! They allow dogs which is ok as we have a dog (didn’t bring her) however the hallways and stairwells smell like a animal shelter! However the staff was very nice and friendly!
